Drilbur is actually pretty good for a ground type. Especially when it evolves into Excadrill. Excadrill can learn a lot of decent moves since it's a ground and steel type, and it also has a pretty good attack stat in the games. I always try and get one on my team. In Black and White

Region: Unova (I know there probably won't be any Team Plasma, but it is kind of funny to think of how a clash between them would have gone)

Personality: (Yay for copy-paste)
Xehanort is shown to be a cunning, callous, and pragmatic being. The lives of innocent people and even those who care for him meaning absolutely nothing to him. To this end, he is willing to put whatever he pleases on the line or destroy anything in his way. In the case of the latter, Xehanort tends to have a series of back-up plans to occur whenever his previous scheme fails. He is described as a brilliant strategist.

Despite his overweening malice, Xehanort has been shown to have some slight sympathy for his victims. All of Xehanort's other seeming virtues are revealed to have sinister intentions behind them. Xehanort has a few unusual tendencies and quirks, however, such as turning away from the people he speaks to, or over-dramatizing his hand gestures when delivering a speech, even flexing his fingers in an unusual manner, as if itching to grab something.

Fame: I want him to mostly be that person with the hidden talent that comes into battle, get laughed at and ends up winning with ease. If he does gain fame it will be in the form of fear.

Region: Hoenn

Personality: He is kind hearted, and will do anything to protect his friends. Despite this he has a tendency to get carried away. As such he can end up causing trouble inadvertently.

Desired Pokemon:

Samurott: A decent water type starter. Personally I always go with the water type for my starter.

Alakazam: A decent psychic type for covering the Special Moves, and being a good counter for Ghost and poison types.

Darmanitan: I love Darmanitan. With the Hustle ability Darmanitan is a total bruiser. He's my main pure offensive Pokemon, and my preferred fire-type.

Gigalith: I just love Gigalith. Decent rock-type, cool design, and okay stats.

Salamence: I've always been a sucker for Salamence. I personally go for him when it comes to dragon types.

Weavile: Do I really need a reason for Weavile? Weavile is just flat out awesome.

Fame: Chung would rather be in it just to explore the region.

Actually, if you set him up right, Excadrill, his evolution, is actually one of the few non-legendary pokemon to reach uber status, with extremely high attack stats, and an ability which doubles an already fast speed in sandstorms. He can WRECK. I should know, he's on my team.

Region: Sinnoh, though not because everyone elese is there, mainly due to the fact that for me, Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum were my favorite games of the series, and I loved the 4th gen pokemon.

Personality: She's completely carefree, and honestly doesn't care whether or not she wins battles, it whether she had fun during them is what counts.

These are completely optional, but you can put them in as you please.

Desired pokemon team: I'm just going to put the evolutions i'm looking for, so don't call out overlevelled pokemon, these are just what I would want Koishi's team to look like towards the later half.

Ferrothorn: SPIKES. That is all.
Reinculus: I was always a fan of punching people in the face with jelly.
Blissey: I think you might be able to guess what this is for.
Porygon-Z: He's plotting somethin' nasty.
Volcorona: Technically he ain't a legendary, so don't be going with that speech on me.
Blaziken: And down from the heavens, descended Blaziken Norris, who could deliver a kick, which could shatter bones, into the crotch of your opponent's hopes and dreams.

Fame: Koishi isn't one for fame, she might be known among a few people, but that's the extent of it.
