After much consideration, here's my proposal.

Current Problem: Inactive members preventing everyone from progressing through the story due to the shared timeline.

Solution: Every Character runs at a separate timeline. If the RPer wishes his/her character to meet other characters RPed by other members, he/she can slow, accelerate, or timeskip his/her pace in the timeline to do so.

Any questions, comments, or concerns?

I think this is a good plan. If we need to get on another RPer's level, we just rely on our creativity to carry us through.
