OK, I made a post at 11-14-2013 04:56 PM on Page 47, and now I have some questions.
1.) Is Phione considered a legendary for the purposes of this RP?
2.) After I make a post, when can I expect a response? I think I led Sekibanki into a battle, after all.
3.) I understand that Gyms must be fought in order. What happens if I try to face them out of order?
4.) Do TMs work like they do in Gen V, or do they break after one use?
5.) Can a Gym Leader act as a Rival, plotwise?
Those are my questions. No whatever, more Reimu!

I don't think Phione is a legendary, since you can obtain a lot of them. It's more of a pseudo-legendary. Like Volcarona.
Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

1) Manaphy is a legendary, but Phione's legendary status is... questionable.
2) Uh...
3) You'll get rekt.
4) They're single-use, but you can get multiple of them in this RP.
5) Gym leader as rival? That might be a slight problem, since there are other people than Seki in Unova who needs to take on the said gym.

Originally posted by Lord_Jacobus1 View PostMima, pseudo-legendary is a very specific term. Only Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, Hydreigon, & Goodra are pseudo-legendary. Volcarona is commonly mistaken for a pseudo-legendary, but one of the requirements is that it has to be the last in a three stage line. I have never heard anyone call Phione a pseudo-legendary before.

Exactly. I don't care about the power, whne it comes to Pseudo-legendaries, it's all about how many there are, where they are, and how difficult to get they are.

After much consideration, here's my proposal.
Current Problem: Inactive members preventing everyone from progressing through the story due to the shared timeline.
Solution: Every Character runs at a separate timeline. If the RPer wishes his/her character to meet other characters RPed by other members, he/she can slow, accelerate, or timeskip his/her pace in the timeline to do so.
Any questions, comments, or concerns?

Well what if said characters are in the same city as one another, but can't really do anything because of the fact that having one part of the city be at night and the other at day would be utterly ridiculous. (AKA Koishi's situation)
