Magic - Phoenix Slayer (Wind) (Lost Magic)

Bio/History - Ever since she can remember, Reiya was raised by the Wind Phoenix Skyri. Living with Skyri up high where wind always blows, she was taught Phoenix Slayer magic (Which will be informed of in Others) so Reiya can be one with the wind around her. After learning most of the magic, Reiya received a bow and dagger (2nd picture) to use her magic in different ways. When Reiya reached the age of 14, Shyri sensed that Reiya was ready to see the world so after some time arguing, since Reiya didn't want to leave Skyri, Reiya was won over and with a warm departure with Skyri saying "I will always be with you in the wind." Reiya left her home and went to see the world that she learned about from who she called mother. After exploring the world for a year, she ended up at Fairy Tail and when she entered, the guild was having one of its typical massive brawling going on. Reiya didn't know what to do but Mirajane happened to spot her, walked over and said "Don't worry, this always happened." with her usual smile. Reiya didn't know what to think at first but after mentioning that she was a traveling mage and that she heard about Fairy Tail on her travels and came to join. Mirajane walked her over to Makarov
and after talking in private, she joined the guild.

Guild - Fairy Tail (Guild mark is on her right thigh above her stocking and it's green colored)

Personality - Very friendly with the other members and cares for them just like how the whole guild is. Does worry about Skyri at times but sometimes, in heavy wind, she can feel that Shyri is alright. Doesn't participates in the massive brawls that happen from time to time, she just sighs and think that all the males are crazy. Reiya's kicks are powerful so she tries not to kick any of the members.

Other/Suggestions - Phoenix Slayer is much like Dragon Slayer, pretty much the same but to fight phoenixes instead of dragons. Phoenixes are just as rare as dragons but aren't gone from the world like dragons, they just stay away from humans.

Magic List
Wind Phoenix Howl - Same as Dragon Roar Art.

Wind Phoenix Cyclone - Summons a green cyclone around the enemies and sending wind arcs at them.

Wind Phoenix Piercing Talon - Using her dagger, surrounds it in wind and trusts it and sends a straight forward piercing talon.

Wind Phoenix Feather Barrage - Using her bow, fires a barrage and wind arrows shaped as feathers.

Wind Phoenix Aerial Blast - Creates multiple orbs of wind around enemies and jumps up into the air and uses wind to keep her afloat and fires wind arrows at the causing them to explode with slicing wind magic.

Wind Phoenix Arc Wing - Creates a wing of magic on an arm slashes with it like a blade.

Wind's Nature - Temporarily removes pain from allies for a short time.

Hurricane Strike Wind Slam - Reiya sprints at high speed, circling targets repeatedly, causing a tornado to form. The tornado will surround nearby enemies, damaging them constantly. Reiya then jumps up and stomps the ground with immense wind power. (Rena's Wind Seeker's Hyperactive) (Secret Slayer Art)

Phoenix Wrath - The Phoenix Slayer version of Dragon Force

Zepher Blossom Extreme Strike - Surrounds herself with feather-like shaped magic on her body with wings on back and 7 tails (middle and farthest out ones longer) and dashes forward with a large wind barrier to deflect magic away from her and tackles the enemy and throws up the enemy and quickly rises up and kick slams (foot still on enemy's body) the enemy to the ground with massive speed. (Ultimate Slayer Art)

Abilities
Uses wind to move around faster by concentrating around her feet.
Uses wind on her dagger to extend the range of the blade.
Create arcs from her kicks with her wind magic.
Can stay afloat in the air with her magic but can only do it for a short time.

Magic: Lightning Phoenix Slayer Magic (check Zekai's app for his new char Reiya. Phoenix Slayer is a magic type for this RP and he is allowing me to have a Lightning Phoenix Slayer character): Tracer has learned the magic from the Lightning Phoenix from well... a Phoenix during his time when he was trapped within the ancient ruins of a temple. This magic gave him the ability to create his own electricity for offensive purposes, and even control the flow of electricity. The sheer power of his magic is quite high, but sometimes the amount of magic he puts behind his attacks can be draining on him. You know when he is going to go all out when his eye color changes from their normal purple color, to a faint red glow. This is a sign that he is not playing around.

Attacks will be listed in the Other section of the app.

Bio/History: Early in his life (around the age of 8) James lived in an town on another continent, and was a descendant of a family of researchers who were studying on some ancient legends that they had "uncovered" in some ruins underneath his hometown. His entire family was exterminated after being caught by a cult who served "Bird God of the Heavens". After his parents, siblings, and other relatives in town were killed the cult had targeted James. James not wanting to die fled his home, and escaped into the sewers beneath the town, however the cult was still giving chase. James continued his escape through the sewers until eventually the flooring beneath him had collapsed beneath him, plummeting him down into the deeper parts of the ruins his family had previously discovered.

James was trapped in the ruins... no way out, and yet a steady supply of... fresh food. For two years he had been trapped in the ruins. Thankful he had at least something to help him survive, and that the cult that was chasing him had stopped. He began to rest and try and make sense of all that had happened. His entire family... dead... and now he was trapped alone in some ancient ruins underneath his hometown. Surely he would die eventually, but until then he was stuck down here... alone. When he finally reached his 10th birthday that was when he had stumbled upon it...

The nesting chamber of a large blue phoenix that had an electrified aura around it.

Struck with awe and confusion he fell to his knees as he looked at the Thunder Phoenix. This was the supposed "Bird God" that the cult had been worshiping, and that the food that James saw were the cult members offerings to it. James was about to flee when suddenly the Phoenix spoke to him.

"Young one... why are you afraid? I do not wish you harm... and yet you are frightened... Tell me your worries young child." It replied as James stopped and turned to the Phoenix.

Calmed, yet still a fearful of the current situation he was stuck in he hesitated, but did tell the Phoenix of his story. After hearing about what this cult had done to James, the unexpectedly kind phoenix comforted him, it told him that the cult believed that the Phoenix was some sort of god and began worshiping it as such much to its annoyance. The Phoenix also told him of its power, and its race. It also told James that it was willing to help him avenge his fallen family by teaching it the power of Lightning Phoenix Slayer Magic. However the training would be intense, and the training would take years to master... James who had grown angry with the cult had took up the Phoenix's offer, and at 10 years of age he had began his intense training within the ruins, learning the art of the Lightning Phoenix.

For 10 long years he had trained intensely with the phoenix, and was finally ready to leave the ancient ruins which had became his home, and was ready to take vengeance upon the cult that had taken his family from him. The Phoenix had helped James escape, and when he finally was out of the ruins he first headed to the Cult's temple, of which he began to destroy alongside the Phoenix. Once the cult temple was in ruins the Phoenix, James's only friend and... the closest thing he had left to family had said its goodbye as it had to leave its home within the ruins so it can find another place. As if it were to remain there it would be discovered and sought out by other humans who would wish for more power... or worse. With its final goodbye it left James to a world he was now unfamiliar with. He had spent 10 years in the ancient ruins, which to him felt like an eternity.

With nowhere to go, and with a new life ahead of him he changed his name to "Tracer" ever since Tracer began to travel the world. The memories of his past still haunts him to this day, and had left a permanent mental scar. Currently he is in Magnolia Town, his current motives though are unclear.

Guild: None Currently.

Personality: James or "Tracer" is insane, and is a bit of a perfectionist. Due to his past he had become literally mentally insane due to the fact that his family was murdered, he had been living in some rather... unpleasant conditions for 10 years of his life, and had undergone some intense physical training during that time. All the stress had to build up some mental instability right? Even with the mental instability he is still quite intelligent, knowing the full extent of his power and even has knowledge of other magic types.. He's also arrogant, and thinks highly of himself. He treats others as though they are below him, but he isn't the worst guy. Tracer isn't the kind of guy to just attack or kill people randomly, but has been known to do so because well... he is a mental time bomb that is ready to go off at any minute. Drake may be close to becoming fully insane due to his gauntlet, Tracer is just flat out insane.

Also much like Drake, Tracer is a rather lonesome guy who does not like any social interaction unless he absolutely must. He also isn't above helping others. If there is something in it for him he will help others out. However if he finds out that there is nothing for him he will actually stop helping the person he is helping and immediately attack him/her for "wasting his time". Tracer also has a love for chocolate, as he will oftentimes be seen snacking on it. In fact Tracer has a big sweet tooth, and loves anything sweet. However he despises anything that tastes bitter or sour (save for a few exceptions.)

Despite his insanity, arrogance, and loner type attitude he is surprisingly well mannered at times and can be nice... however that isn't common for him. Also deep down Tracer does long for a companion, or someone who can truly understand his pain. He just doesn't want to admit it.

Other:

Lightning Phoenix Howl: Much like the other howls (and the Dragon Roar techniques) Tracer can build up enough energy in his body then unleash it in a loud howl, which fires a strong electrical discharge to his surroundings.

Lightning Desolver: Tracer charges up some electricity in his body, then unleashes a strong short range electrical wave that can shock an opponent, and in some cases temporarily paralyze an opponent. In strong voltages Tracer can actually cause some severe damage.

Particle Accelerator: An attack where he charges up all the energy he can through his body, before unleashing a powerful electrically charged beam from his hands. The beam has a rather short range, only traveling about 17ft in front of him. Though the power behind it is enough to break through solid stone.

Thunder Shield: A basic technique where he creates a barrier of electricity that can block most magical based attacks (like water, fire, and can reflect metal based projectiles.) This field is short range and is only big enough to protect just him. It is capable of delivering a painful shock to those who touches it. It is hard to keep up for prolonged periods of time due to the energy consumption.

Quicksilver: Tracer generates a small amount of electricity in his hands, then using the electrical currents in the air he glides forward, delivering a punch with his electrical orb that can drag an opponent along with it a few feet, dealing a continuous shock to the opponent.

Conqueror: He creates a swirling path of electricity which will zap and drag targets towards him, of which he then delivers a powerful strike in the form of a large electrical explosion from the charged electricity. The power and intensity of this attack depends on how much magic he puts into the attack. It could be incredibly weak, to devastating if he needs to.

Those were just his ATTACKS that he had made, Tracer is not restricted to just that. He is capable of absorbing, controlling, and creating electricity to use in combat. Due to his abilities and his intelligence he is quite creative with his attacks. Oh and the color of his lightning is a bright blue.

Everything looks good (since you edited the time of his aging (since the original aging was weird) to make it sound better) and we've talked on Mumble about your Phoenix Slayer techniques so that's handled so....... I say ACCEPTED.

EDIT: You forgot to mention your magic attacks, both offense and defense. I know you said that she can fire a blue-ish blasts but that doesn't say much. So until more info on what her magic can do, (either edit or PM) I have to UNACCEPT this app, sorry.
