Just because I've been in the mood for app creating and that me and Lily are working on getting this back in action, here is a creature/urbanlegend app:
    Spoiler:

    Name of Folklore: Mothman

    Type of folklore: Creature

Threat Level: Somewhere between 4-6. Possibly higher.

Origin/Country of Origin: North America, and to be more specific... Point Pleasant, West Virginia.

Story: The story behind Mothman all started on the supposed to be quiet night of November 12, 1966, five men who were digging a grave at a cemetery near Clendenin, West Virginia, claimed to see a man-like figure fly low from the trees over their heads. This is often identified as the first known sighting of what became known as the Mothman, which a lot of people tend to not bring up in favor of the more... popular and widespread 'sighting' that happened a few days later on November 15, 1966.

On the night of November 15, 1966 two young couples reported to the police that they encountered a large black, winged creature with red eyes that chased after their car when they drove by the TNT Area, which at the time was a inactive and abandonded military industrial factory area. The couples described the creaturew as 'a large flying man with ten foot wings and glowing red eyes.' After that day many people claimed to have many strange encounters with this 'Moth Man'

A year later however the sightings reportedly stopped after the collapse of the Silver Bridge, with some people having reported that the Moth Man was sighted around the bridge before the collapse, and in turn some people come to believe that Moth Man was either the cause of the bridge collapse, was an omen fortelling the collapse of the bridge, or a mysterious entity that was trying to warn people about the bridge in some way. All in all the different beliefs tend to be a bit ridiculous, but the truth is still a bit of a mystery as to why the bridge collapsed... until investigations were done and it was discovered that there was a bit of a faulty bit of construction with the bridge. Even then people still continue to believe that the Mothman was somehow at fault.

Even though sightings had stopped directly after the bridge collapsed, in recent years a few sightings here and there are still reported. So that just leaves one question...

    Does it live on...?

Weakness: No one really knows of the weaknesses that the Mothman possesses, as not much people have actually gotten into any serious encounters with it. Despite a few occasions when the sightings became more abundant, in which groups of hunters in the area went on 'missions' of sorts to hunt down the creature to no avail, it can be speculated that the Mothman (and in turn it's race) is somewhat vulnerable to conventional means of damage. Meaning something like a rifle could possibly hurt it, but that is if you can manage to find it, let alone shoot at it that is.

Some even theorize that it might be attracted to electricity from power lines, as some sightings have reported it hanging around power lines/towers, often like a Moth to well... a light. All in all no one really knows what it's weaknesses are, but it is safe to say that it is a nocturnal creature that has often only been sighted at night meaning if you believe there is a Mothman in the area, try and stay inside at night unless you absolutely have to go outside.

Despite this there have been a FEW sightings of the Mothman during the day, but it could be possible that those sightings were just a case of mistaken identity of a native animal like a large owl.

    Other:

    Appearance:
    Spoiler:
(This is just an artist's rendition based on the brief glimpse of what they saw. The real exact appearance isn't exactly known.
Often sighted at standing around 5-6 feet tall, the Mothman is quite an intimidating creature who you should not take lightly. The Mothman is often described as being quite fast when in flight, yet really awkward on the ground. It has been reported as being capable of catching up to a car going at around 60 mph, meaning if it is hostile then it'd be incredibly hard to get away from it should it take flight. It's wings however are not often described like a bird's wings, rather more like a bat. In other words it's wings consist of a membrane along it's arms.

The Mothman's body is also described as often being covered in hair or some kind of fur rather than feathers.

It's eyes are described as glowing a bright red, and sometimes seems a bit hypnotic. As a few witnesses often described as being paralyzed upon looking it in the eye before breaking eye contact. Meaning it might have some sort of hypnosis abilities, then again it could be a case of the witnesses just being paralyzed with fear upon encountering something so... unnatural. Physical strength is not really known, but judging by how fast it can fly it's wing strength must be pretty darn high. Not only that but it must also have hollow bones like a bird, allowing it to be a bit lighter in weight. As such it's physical strength may not be supernatural by any means, but it should be just strong enough to be relatively dangerous should it actually happen to attack.

No one has currently seen the Mothman for quite a long while, but there have been a few sightings here and there after the collapse of the Silver Bridge. Meaning it might just be out there... that or it had some sort of offspring and had migrated into other parts of the country, possibly following it's own migration path compared to birds.

All in all one should be safe from the Mothman, as it has not been reported to actually attack people despite some reports of people finding their pets having been disembowled outside around the time of the Mothman sightings. Meaning it is probably carnivorous or omnivorous in nature. Even then it hasn't been reported to have actively try to attack and kill anyone directly (unless you are one of the believers that believes it to be behind the Silver Bridge collapse), rather it will chase and scare anyone off if people happen to enter it's territory meaning it must be a solitary creature.

In the end there is still not much information entirely known about the Mothman, as a lot of it are just assumptions and guesses, with the possibility of it's own existence potentially being a case of mistaken identity with a regular animal. No matter the case though, should you somehow find yourself encountering this creature... be careful.

My new NPC app to at least give me something else to do in the RP, possibly even help keep this RP a bit more active.
        Spoiler:

Name: Moth Kid (yes I know, cliche but adorable.

Race: Belongs to the same species that the Mothman belongs to.

Personality: Moth Kid is the young, mischievious, naive, and highly curious offspring of the fabled Mothman of legend. Now while Moth Kid is the young, relatively recently born offspring of Mothman, Moth Kid is almost a polar opposite to it's parent.

While the Mothman was curious of humanity, but highly cautious. Moth Kid is highly curious of humanity, but is more naive and is still unaware of the dangers that humanity might possess. Due to this Moth Kid is a creature that loves watching humans do what they do, and on more than one occasion Moth Kid would intentionally wander into a camspite of humans. This usually results in the humans freaking out and either running, or in the case of hunters firing their rifles at Moth Kid. When the former happens and humans run from poor little Moth Kid, he tends to accidentally make things worse by chasing them, thinking it's some kind of human game. After all he's watched kids play something where they are chased by one of their friends who are trying to tag them. As such he just thinks that the poor people he scares accidentally are just playing this very same game with them and as such he tends to chase them until he gets tired. He finds that fun and loves that game.

In the latter case whenever he encounters a group of hunters, who fire at him with the intent to well... kill as a trophy, Moth Kid instead thinks that those loud, sticks that make the booming sound are just some kind of toy or something. Either way those toys are really loud and hurt his ears, so he tends to go away because those people play with nasty toys.

Either way Moth Kid is highly curious of humanity and things in general, which has also lead him to rummage through people's garbage at night. He also still does not entirely understand humanity, but doesn't think ill thoughts regarding them compared to Mothman who just wants to avoid humans for... good reasons. Moth Kid though just wants to have fun and learn more about humanity, but is also a tad too afraid to go out and actually try go into the big places where lots of people live (cities and towns.) Due to this his only interactions have been with campers, and the occasional kids that wander into the woods at night to play. He likes the little kids though, as they are his size and don't seem to be too afraid of him usually.

One thing to note is that he, as a child does love to play, and tends to get into quite a bit of trouble here and there at times. Not only that but he really does never mean any harm, and just wants to make friends but just doesn't know how to really. Another thing to note is that Moth Kid is easily started. Sometimes it doesn't take much to startle him, but when startled the first thing he'll do is lift his arms up in the air and fluff up his fur to try and look big and intimidating. THat usually works for a lot of things, but when it doesn't he will run off to try and hide.

While Mothman and technically Moth Kid are omnivorous, Moth Kid is way too friendly to hunt for prey. As such Moth Kid has stuck to a all plant and bug diet. Not only that but he just doesn't know how to properly hunt yet...

        Age:
5 years of age, as he has only been born about 5 years ago from present day.

        Bio:
Moth Kid was the offspring to Mothman and whatever race Mothman is a part of. Born 5 years ago in the woods of Washington state, Moth Kid was raised for 3 years before his parents left back down across the counter for there annual migrating system. Normally Mothkid would have gone with Mothman back all the way to West Virginia, but Mothkid got left behind on accident when he got entranced by the sound of people, and scent of food... from campers. As such Moth Kid ended up sneaking off while it's parents couldn't find him. Unfortunately the oncoming winter season was coming soon, but even then the children of the race that Moth Man and Moth Kid are a part of tends to leave their young to fend for themselves once they reach 3 years of age. So due to this Mothman left poor little Moth Kid behind in Washington State.

Ever since Moth Kid has foraged and survived. Hiding and living in next he'd make in the trees. Nice warm nests too made of grass and twigs. Comfy stuffs indeeds for little Moth Kid. Over the course of the next 2 years though, Moth Kid would end up going across the woodlands of Washington, meeting campers who like to play chase with him, even though in reality they are just running from him. He's even encountered people with toys that make really loud boom sounds that Moth Kid does not really like. Hell he's even met the local Bigfoot of Washington State! Those two got along quite nicely surprisingly, and oftentimes during the cold winters he goes to visit his big furry friend. He's even learned what plants are good to eat from Bigfoot.

Moth Kid has even bothered to try and learn how to speak like humans do through observation, and the occasional sneaky borrowing of children books from camping families. As such Moth Kid has learned how to speak... for the most part, as he only speaks in highly broken english.

To this day he continues to sneak into some wild shenanigans. Whether it be trying to get some honey from a beehive, to sneaking into camps to play hide and go seek, he continues to be the 'Moth Kid of Washington State' that has come to surface as a local legend over the past few years. It's not a big legend yet, as it's more of a very small, local legend. He's heard people call him that a few times, and now has given himself the name of Moth Kid.

        Abilities:
Moth Kid as the son of Mothman has some very similar abilities to Mothman. For one as a nocturnal creature Moth Kid has an excellent sense of smell, good eyesight, and even hearing. This allows Moth Kid to navigate in dark, dimly lit areas. Secondly Moth Kid has wings that allows him to fly very much like a bat, however Moth Kid is still young and isn't the best at flying. As such he can't fly for long before getting tired and needing to take a break. On the ground however Moth Kid tends to navigate on all fours which is easier for him, and also much faster. He also uses his sharp claws on his hands and feet to help him climb up stuff like trees.

Moth Kid's eyes also glow a dark red in the dark which he uses for intimidation. Or rather than glowing... they reflect light like bycicle reflectors. As such his glowing eyes only usually appear in the dark when someone shines their flashlight his way.

Another thing to note is that Moth Kid is capable of making a good amount of different noises which are normally used for communication between his species.

One of these noises is a sort of hissing noise that's used when threatened, as well as used for echolocation at night should it be too foggy to see. Though Moth Kid is still very young and inexperienced with Echolocation, as such he gets some rather... messy results and not a perfect sense of his surroundings with it. As such he prefers to just see, feel, hear, and smell his way around the woods.

Another noise when threatened and his usual tactic of making himself look bigger fails is to let out a very loud shriek which can hurt ears and sometimes if he tries hard enough, crack glass. Not shatter, crack. Letting out this shriek oftentimes stuns or dazes the predator, giving Moth Kid time to escape.

Then there is the regular clicking noise which just sounds like very fast clicking coming from him, this is often used as actual communication between his species rather than for self defense.

        Skills/Talents:

Moth Kid is not very talented but he does know a few things. For one Moth Kid has bothered to try and learn how tp speak human english. Which due to the fact that he tends to stay away from big cities, Moth Kid's only interactions have been with campers and the like. As such he does not know how to speak perfect english. So while a normal human may be able to say:

"I don't like you, you're a bad person" Moth Kid would instead say it like: "Me... don't like... bad man".

So he can sometimes get a point across, but it's clearly not perfect english. If he gets up the courage and continues to interact with people more, he might be able to learn how to speak more clear english.

Secondly he also knows quite a lot about the forests of Washington, and tends to know which plants are good to eat and which ones are bad to eat. Heck one time he helped a person who got lost in the woods by sneaking some berries and nuts to the man when he was sleeping. Oddly enough he learned which plants are good to eat and which aren't from the Bigfoot that resides in the wilderness of Washington state.

Other than how to fend for himself out and the wilderness and how to speak, Moth Kid doesn't have too much in the form of skills, as he is still growing and learning.

        Weaknesses:

Moth Kid is very sensitive to LOUD noises and bright lights, this is why he tends to sleep during the day and only comes out at night. Or rather begins to come out once the sun begins to set. As it's usually quieter and not as loud during this time. He also, much like his father Mothman, is vulnerable to gunfire. As they are physical, living creatures. So it's safe to say if he gets shot for whatever reason, it'd be REALLY bad.

        Appearance:
        Spoiler:

Moth Kid stands at a relatively short 3 ft tall, and is relatively thin.

        Other:
Also contrary to popular belief, Mothman and Moth Kid are NOT biologically like moths. Rather they are much closer to bats, owls, and even a bit human in terms of biology. THough no one knows how these creatures came to exist.

            Spoiler:

Name of Folklore: King in Yellow, Lord in Yellow, The Threadmaker, Золотой лорд, 黄色の中にいる人

            Type of folklore: Being

            Power Level: 8

            Threat Level: 10

Origin/Country of Origin: Original tales and rumors started in N. America, however several variants on the being have been heard of in Russia, England, South America, India, Japan, and many more places.

Story: Where exactly the first sighting or vision of the creature is still debated amongst many, however it's first notable vision was seen by one HP. Lovecraft.

A vision of a ghastly plane, trees thick, a pale yellow sun overhead. Nestled deep within this wood was a creature of strange, alien proportions, unfathomable to most, and to many the mere sight of it can cause hysteria, paranoia, madness and worse.

However, those who push through such things can find themselves seeing things no man should be capable of imagining.

It is said this vision inspired them to create the many stories that they are now famous for, including the concept of a play from which this creaturew has since been named: "The King in Yellow".

It has destroyed countless lesser men. Those who babble incoherently inside of institutions, the serial killer carving in their victims alien images, those murders that are passed off as simply "ritualistic". It does not directly harm you physically, no, but it's mental effects are far greater, it's ghastly visage constantly pushing more and more until your mind simply cannot handle any more, and then, it keeps going.

After seeing it once within a dream, it can manifest itself in the form of hallucinations in the real world.

It would start simple at first. A glint of gold out of the corner of your eye. Strange threads appearing in places they shouldn't.

Eventually, you will see him once more, and if it doesn't break you, they will drag you back into that forsaken dream and hunt you until you finally snap, accepting the terrible truth that it brings.

Powers: Physically, it is somewhat weak, however, it's powerful mental and memetic effects it can cause make it a powerful opponent, capable of transmitting the info even to a machine, causing hardware failure near instantly.

It's form also has many freely floating threads from it's strange antler-like protrusions, and are all prehensile, capable of grabbing and disabling most beings it comes across, forcing them to look at it or simply choking them out.

It has great power over the dream, allowing it to shift features, light, and increasing it's abilities further. It can move wherever it wants to, and it will always know where you are within the dream.

            Appearance:
            Spoiler:

Weakness: The weakness is simple: Don't look at it. It's maddening, mind-melting and insanity causing effects are caused by sight. Even it's reflection in the surface of the water is enough to cause it's memetic effects, forcing information into your mind that it simply cannot handle. If one can get through the dream without seeing them, it will leave you alone.

One cannot fight it in the real world under normal circumstances. If one were to even attempt to damage it, it must be within it's dream world, or one must figure a way to pull it out of there.

Threat level comes mostly from the memetic/mind-altering effects, it's physical body is actually somewhat weak.

Other: Might use it, might not. Kinda there for flavorstuff regardless. Would be end-game foe otherwise.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

                Creature: Hydra
                Spoiler:

                Name: Hydra

                Appearance:
                Spoiler:

                Classification: Creature

                Power Level: 6

                Threat Level: 5

                Origin/Country of Origin: Greece/Rome

Abilities: Extremely high regeneration, capable of regrowing lost body parts within moments, it even can even grow extra appendages if needed, making hardened hydra incredibly more dangerous. Each head can spit a virulent poison that can kill even the most hardiest foes. High bite strength and coordination between heads.

Original Myth/Backstory: Hydra are a rare kind of creature, even in ancient times. Mighty creatures, capable of taking and regenerating grave wounds that would kill any other creature and striking back with great force and venom.

The most notable tale of the Hydra is that of the labors of Heracles, of which a hydra was the second task. Heracles likley would have failed if it weren't for an ally telling them of the idea of cauterizing the heads with fire. Later, the beast's poison was used many times by the hero, and they likely would have fallen without it's aid in death.

Hydra still exist in a few types of species, scattered across the earth, known for being quite hard to find. But they still live and breed, but their numbers are far lower since the days of Heracles.

Weakness/Weaknesses: Regeneration can be greatly slowed using fire, allowing time for one to cut off every head.

Other: A classic beast, really. Always liked hydras. They're neat.

                    Spoiler:

                    Name: Hellhound

                    Appearance:
Hellhounds look just like what they sound like. Hellish hounds. Hellhounds are described as having coal black fur with glowing red eyes that some people say look like they are burning like a hellish flame. The sizes of hellhounds are often larger than your average dog. Often around the size of your standard Pitbull or larger. In terms of what breed of dog they resemble can vary as some say they can look like a german shepard, or a pitbull.

                    Classification: Creature

                    Threat Level: 5

Origin/Country of Origin: Europe, but many 'sightings' of hellhounds have been recorded worldwide.

Abilities: Hellhounds are rather dangerous, as much like a feral dog, Hellhounds can theoretically rip a person to pieces as Hellhounds have razor sharp teeth, and their claws are equally sharp. Hellhounds are also often described as having supernatural strength and speed. Capable of breaking through a sturdy, heavy duty wooden door with relative ease. Meaning it's strength is much higher than your regular dog (not saying a regular dog CAN'T break a door down, but Hellhounds can do so MUCH more easily.) That but combined with their superior speed (some say they can keep up with a car going around 40-50 mph) can make it incredibly hard to get away from one. Not to mention that Hellhounds are very much like canines, and as such possess the same superior sense of smell and sound to that of a human. This can make it really hard to run away from one should you find yourself getting chased by a Hellhound. They even naturally have a 6th sense since they are from the underworld as they can easily sense, see, smell, and even interact with a spirit.

Hellhounds also possess phantomlike abilities like the ability to vanish into thin air (invisibility), the ability to leave no physical tracks behind (sometimes they may leave pawprints, other times they may not), the ability to walk through solid objects, telekinesis, as well as the ability to haunt a person's dreams. Aside from this a Hellhound MAY also possess fire based abilities (like starting fires or leaving the ground they were spotted at scorched), and most encounters with them describe them as looking like they are surrounded in a thick fog or smoke.

Lastly a Hellhound's most dangerous ability is the one they are more famous for... Capable of inducing, or warning someone of their imminent demise. As legends state that if someone catches a glimpse of a Hellhound once, then they will be cursed with bad luck for an indeterminate amount of time. However... should one stare into a hellhound's eyes three times or more, then you will meet your untimely end. However this only seems to affect mortal humans. So most supernatural creatures, and regular animals should be relatively safe from this 'power'.

                    Original Myth/Backstory:
Hellhounds are beasts beasts from the afterlife that were not once living beings, but rather born as a spectral beast. They are often assigned to guard the entrances to the world of the dead, such as graveyards and burial grounds, or undertake other duties related to the afterlife or the supernatural, such as hunting lost souls or guarding a supernatural treasure. In European legends, seeing a hellhound or hearing it howl may be an omen or even a cause of death. They are said to be the protectors of the supernatural, guarding the secrecy of supernatural creatures, or beings, from the world. This makes them quite feared by people, as seeing one can be a serious omen of bad things to come. The origins of Hellhounds exactly are not entirely clear, but many tales and stories claim they come from the Underworld (I.E. Hell.) Meaning they are technically demonic in origin. Often when you see a Hellhound it does not mean it's there to kill you, rather it might come as a way to bring you or someone you know into the afterlife. Sort of like a grim reaper of sorts.

Weakness/Weaknesses: Due to their demonic origins, one of the best ways to ward off and protect yourself from a Hellhound is to be of strong faith. Does not particular matter which religion you are a part of, but most 'holy' objects are good at warding off a hellhound. Things such as a crucifix on your person might greatly reduce your chances of encountering a hellhound, and even if you do encounter one it will be more likely to leave you alone. This does not mean you will be immune to the 'you see it three times and you die' thing they have going for them. Meaning even if you have a crucifix or other holy object on you and you see a hellhound 3 times you will still die. However if you happen to forget the sighting of the hellhound completely (like a complete mindwipe of the event), then you might end up being safe. This is not 100% certain.

                    Other:
Hellhounds are often vicious but they do not attack people wildly. No, rather sightings of Hellhounds happen around places filled with death such as a graveyard. In which case most sightings are told from people who wander into a graveyard at night for whatever reason, and tend to encounter the beast which often starts barking and growling at the victim in an attempt to scare them off. They seem to only do this to mortal humans though.

They also seem to be rather benign and gentle towards lost spirits (spirits who have not yet found their way to the afterlife), and might even help serve as a guide to the afterlife (oddly whether it be heaven or hell despite a Hellhound's demonic origin.) Sometimes a spirit may even see a Hellhound as a regular dog rather than a hellish canine. While a human ALWAYS sees one as a hellish beast.

However if a spirit has escape the Underworld (hell), or a mortal steals something from a grave in a cemetary, then they will often have a Hellhound chase after them in hopes to either: Bring the spirit back, or get the mortal to return what they stole. Other wise a Hellhound will just scare people away from places the dead rests (like graveyards/cemetaries) or were supposed gates to the Underworld lie. A hellhound may also be less likely to be hostile to you should it be your time to die of natural causes. As such a person who is on their deathbed due to old age might see a hellhound either in their hellish form, or in the form of a dog they once owned if they owned one. Often Hellhounds might appear to people dying of old age as a way to comfort them (and in these cases ONLY the person who is dying can see them) and guide them to the afterlife.

@sustic nice inclusion, just change the part about the demons, just due to the fact they are kinda hard to pin as betraying hell if they dont consider hell their home in the first place ^^' (majority of the demons do their own thing, very few consider hell as their home due to how chaotic and hot it can be, ill explain in lucy/lucifer when i get to them)

                          Spoiler:

                          Name: Jackson 'Jack' Wesson

                          Age: 38

                          Appearance:
                          Spoiler:
                          He stands at 6ft 3

Personality: Jack the Infragilis Flame. Possessing an unbreakable and rather strong will. Jack is a man who has been through a lot, and yet has still kept kicking. He's the kind of man that even though he isn't the bravest out there, will still go through thick and thin to get things done. He will NOT give up when things get rough. He's the kind of guy who doesn't really give a damn about what you believe in. You could be a religious nutjob who goes on and on about how <insert religion here> is the one true religion you should believe in and if you don't you'll be damned for all eternity. Jack's response to that? Eh whatever he's not causing any serious harm. Are you the guy that religious nutjob is lashing out at and are wanting to punch him in the face? Go ahead, Jack won't call the cops. Hell Jack if questioned when cops are called would probably say the asshole nutjob had it coming and stand up for you. In the end Jack himself isn't overly religious, but he believes that you generally really shouldn't be a dick... unless some is being a dick right back to you. In short he believes in his own version of karma. If they punch you, punch them right back as you have all the right to after they did such a thing. However if someone is nice to you then you should have NO reason to be a dick at all to them and treat them with some shred of respect. However Jack himself tends to prefer keeping to himself most of the time, and tries to avoid confrontation. Not because he's a scared pansy, but rather he just usually has something more important to do or just simply wishes to not be bothered.

Despite Jack seeming not like a very social person at all. With how he tends to mind his own business (usually out of respect for other's personal space), and how he can sometimes come off as really rough around the edges and like a guy you really shouldn't mess with. Jack is actually probably one of the more sensible people out there. He's always had a open mind despite not being religious himself, and in turn is quite open to the supernatural and paranormal. Jack believes in the possibility of ghosts existing and isn't the kind of guy to immediately count them out. He's also somewhat of a decent person as well once you get past his rather rough outer shell. Jack is the kind of guy that will help another fellow out if they are in some kind of trouble, but does have a limit. If he's out hunting and sees a guy on the ground, still alive, but calling for help and bleeding he'll probably drag you either back to his home and try his hardest to at least get the bleeding to stop or get to the nearest medical facility. Depends on whichever is closest and not as much of a hassle. If your car is on the side of the road and not working, there is a decent chance he'll help you out by attempting to jumpstart it. If it works then good, he'll just let you go back to what you were doing. If that doesn't work though, or if he has something else to do he'll leave you be but not before calling a tow truck.

As such Jack is the kind of guy who despite wanting to usually be left alone, the better part of him does make him help others... IF they need it. If they do not look like they need help or if he has more important things to do then you're on your own pal.
He'll always help a child though. If he sees a child whose visibly lost, scared, or hurt he'll try and help the child in finding more appropriate hired officials (like a cop, doctor, security and the like) to help the child. Though if that doesn't work he'll try and to the job himself. This is mainly do to how he feels after having lost his own kids when he was a bit of a younger man.

Another thing to mention is that Jack isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Having had dropped out of highschool of his own volition, so as such he never finished his education. This does not mean he's dumb by any means. He has quite a lot of common sense (like when to leave the big scary freaking beast outside alone.) This comes from years of experience, as over the past 20 years Jack has 'seen some shit'. As such he's gotten a lot of experience and skill in how to get out of trouble in most situations, and isn't too surprised when he comes across some sort of mysterious creature. Usually his reaction would be things along the line of 'Well ain't that pretty neat' if it's something that seems relatively harmless, or 'ah shit... this isn't goin to be good' if he comes across something more... dangerous. This does not mean it's impossible to surprise him. He hasn't encountered nowhere NEAR everything. He's encountered bigfoot, came across a really angry poultergeist, and a few others. These encounters he's had over the years has opened him up to the world of supernatural and as such assumes that if those things exist, then clearly there are other creatures out there.

Secondly Jack is a rather blunt guy who is not afraid to speak his mind. If he finds that something bothers him he WILL say it. Jack is a guy who will be honest and straight with you. He won't try and beat around the bush to protect your feelings unless he REALLY has to (or if he's dealing with a kid as he'll try and keep the child happy by any means even if it means telling to poor kid that 'everything's gonna be okay' even if things are obviously NOT going to be okay.) If you end up getting offended by what he says, he'll usually just reply "Well if it bugs you so much then don't just leave. I'm not forcin ya to stay and listen. After all it's just my 'personal opinion.' " He uses that excuse a lot when dealing with assholes who keep using 'it's just my opinion' to defend their own ego. Though this does not happen much as he'll often just ignore the bastard unless they are actually directing their responses to HIM specifically.

This means when it gets down to it, you can count on him to not really hide anything too much. Though he will get quite aggressive if you keep pestering him and violating his personal space, as he is a guy who does like to be left alone.

When it comes to hobbies and preferences though Jack is a man who loves the outdoors and lives in a cabin out in the woods. His favorite hobby of all is hunting. Whether it's squirrel, raccoons, deer, or bear (at least if it's the season for deer or bear hunting) he'll enjoy a good hunt. Though he doesn't just do it for sport, he also does it for sustenance. As he hunts animals for the meat and hide which he usually sells at a market in town. Mainly he sells the pelts in the market. His love for hunting also goes hand in hand with the love for the great outdoors. Though he only hunts animals that are clearly at full health, as to him it's 'more fair that way'. Though he want hunt an animal if it is say... clearly in distress, or with it's offspring. In that case he'll just leave them alone, or even help a critter if it's harmed in some way. At least as much as he can... Lastly he'll always say that 'if you respect the forest, then the forest is bound to respect you right back. So you better take damn good care of it."

Now the final part is that he's a guy who kinda still lives in the past. He doesn't bother with technology to much. I mean he still uses it. He has a old pickup truck that he still uses, and a television from 2007. He has a satellite dish for said TV, and a modern cellphone (but sometimes it still confuses him a bit and he only really uses it to make calls), but in the end he really just doesn't bother with getting too into the modern tech stuff really. He couldn't give a damn if you had a flatscreen TV or not. Yeah he'll watch it if you invite him over to watch the super bowl, but at the end of the day he'll still stick to his rather crummy old system. After all just because something is new doesn't always mean it's reliable.

                          Biography:
                          Spoiler:

Jack Wesson. Growing up was a rather rough time for him. His father Eric was both an alcoholic and an outdoorsman, and his mother was absent for most of his life. In fact he's kind of a bastard child of sorts. His parents were never married, only dated for a while before she got pregnant, and after a year after his birth Jack's mother just left him to stay with his dad. Despite his dad having been an alcoholic growing up, his father was a somewhat decent man... when he wasn't drinking. Jack never got abused or anything, but a single father raising a child was clearly rough. Funds weren't as good as you'd expect, and as such Jack's father really tried his hardest to give his only son a good life.

All the way up until Jack was 15, his father Eric Wesson worked several part time jobs to help pay for food, bills, and Jack's education. He did not want Jack to end up like him. However halfway through highschool, Jack saw how hard his father was working and decided to drop out of highschool. His father at first was really angry with Jack, but after a long talk (and a few months...) Eric began to appreciate the fact that Jack himself was also getting his own part time job. Eventually Eric ended up beginning to clean up his act. He had stopped drinking when Jack started school, but after Jack was now willing to give up on education to help with getting a part time job Eric began to straighten himself up before eventually finally getting a job as a park ranger at a state park out of town. It actually payed surprisingly well, and most of the money went to help with bills and the such while Jack's paychecks went to groceries.

It was during this time that Eric worked with as a Park Ranger that Jack grew to love the outdoors as much as his father did. After all Eric often bring Jack to the place he was stationed at, and the two would often go on camping and hunting trips whenever Eric had time off. The two really began to bond... Then when Jack hit the age of 19 his father got caught in a serious accident. It was the middle of summer when the weather was at it's hottest... a forest fire broke out. His father at the time was on duty, and was the one to make the alert that a large forest fire broke out. It took all day before the fire was extinguished, but the forest fire was still quite a severe one and there were a few casualties. One of them was Eric Wesson, who got caught in the flames when trying to escort some park visitors to safety.

News reached Jack rather quickly, and Jack was utterly destroyed by the news. His only family he knew of had passed away, and now Jack was alone. The memorial service wasn't a large one, but Jack did get to meet some of his other relatives. He got to meet his grandfather once, as well as his bitch of a mother who had gotten the news and wanted to pay her respects. Jack did not care much for her... and even had a few choice words towards her as well.

After the funeral Jack ended up getting the news of his inheritance. Of which he was quite shocked by. Apparently his father had taken quarter of his paychecks and put it into a savings account for Jack in the event that something happened to him. It was actually enough for Jack to get his own start again. Jack could have gone back to school with it... or he could have gotten his own home. He didn't really know what to do with it... As such he left it alone for a while to think about it. Jack then went back to work as he continued to live in the small house that he called home for god knows how long, all the while going to continue working as a waiter at a diner for the next year in town.

Eventually Jack met the woman of his life... a young woman a year older than him by the name of Hannah Schmidt. At first she was just a regular at the diner. Hell Jack even managed to remember the meal she always ordered for breakfast, and lunch by heart. Sausagem hasbrowns, and scrambled eggs with a side order of toast as well cup of coffee for breakfast, and a tuna salad for lunch. It was something he kept in mind for whenever she came, as she never ordered anything else. After sometime the two actually began talking, and eventually they became friends... which soon blossomed into a loving relationship.

Jack was in the throws of love, and after about half a year the two immediately wanted to get married. They didn't want a big or fancy wedding at all, just a simple one. They invited only their closest friends, and whatever family they had left to the wedding. It was honestly quite amazing for him. After the wedding though they continued to lived together at her place, and Hannah eventually got pregnant... with twins! They were both overjoyed by this discovery, but also worried. For even Hannah's home wasn't big enough for the two of them, and their future children. Not only that but they wanted a home with some property large enough for the children to ya know... have some room to play and explore. Jack was still a lover of the outdoors, even with what happened to his father. As such Jack wanted to let his kids grow to learn to love and appreciate nature like he did, and Hannah was fine with that.

With all that in mind Jack then remembered the inheritance his father left for him. A rather large amount of money. It was enough for them to purchase a rather nice and large cabin out in the woods outside of town which was really close to Woodland, Oregon. The cabin was perfect for them, as it was in a really good spot for going out camping, and Jack had more than enough space to go out and roam when hunting. Everything was just... getting peaceful. Eric Wesson would have been incredibly proud of Jack.

Five years passed after they moved into the cabin. Life was good, the children were born with no complications. They named the children Samuel and Marcus respectively, and even at the age of 5 the children were quite energetic and... curious. They loved it when Jack took them out on small hikes, and Jack was ALWAYS super careful to make sure his children didn't get into any danger. Life for Jack's family really was good... until another tragedy happened.

It was a day Jack remembers fully well even now. The date was June 22nd, 2005. It was midnight. The children went to bed, with Jack and Hannah getting ready for bed as well when suddenly... they heard a loud knock on the front door, followed by the doorbell ringing. Wondering what it was, Hannah got up to go check and see what it was. Jack was in the bathroom down the hall when it happened. He could faintly hear his wife talking to what sounded to be children asking if they could be let in to use the phone... His wife said yes, of which was a terrible mistake. You see the children weren't normal by any means. Their eyes were pitch black, and their skin pale. They had an eerie vibe, but Hannah oddly could not help herself as she let them in. five minutes later he heard his wife scream followed by a loud commotion. Hearing all this Jack through on his pants and grabbed his shotgun. The hallway to the front door was a mess, and the children's bedroom was wide openand the kids were missing. He looked all around and saw a bloodtrail leading out his front door and into the woods. Seeing this Jack ran off after the tracks, and found footprints as well as what seemed to be the trail of something being dragged. Jack followed this trail for as long as possible before it just... disappeared in the woods.

He looked all around for his wife and kids, and even for the ones behind whatever did this... That's when one of those 'black eyed kids' tried to jump him from behind. Jack's reflexes kicked in and he shot the bastard right in the face. The kid flew back, and was not moving. He then heard footsteps running away from the area. Jack was mortified of what he did. Did he... just shoot a kid...? This echoed throughout his mind, but he then continued looking before finding what was left of his wife... However his kids were still missing. This had ruined Jack quite a lot. He had informed the police and they searched the area, but oddly enough that 'kid' Jack SWORE with his life that he had shot was completely missing. In fact it was as if there were no kids at all, and the autopsy report had proven that Jack was indeed quite innocent. Hell the general consensus was that someone broke into the house, took the kids, with Hannah chasing after the 'kidnapper' before he finally killed her out in the woods. Jack knew this wasn't true, but deep down Jack wanted to. Besides a part of him knew if he kept going on about that 'black eyed kid' he shot, then he'd probably be locked up in a crazy house for insanity.

That happened 12 years ago. Yet despite all that happened Jack still doesn't let depression affect him. Yeah he's still upset over what happened, but he has a life to live. So he's going to keep going forward. He still works at that diner, and he still spends his time off hunting and camping. Hell over the years he's encountered quite a lot of different things. For one he's encountered bigfoot on a camping trip once, hell he nearly shot the sucker but the damn thing was too fast. He's even encountered a few poultergeists, was attacked by a 'lizard man' once as he calls it. Hell the things he's encountered has been making him want to become one of those... monster hunters or whatnot. Ya know those guys that go out and try to find evidence of those mysterious things? I mean he knows how to hunt and follow tracks and stuff. So how hard can it be? Hell he even talks about these encounters with his fellow employee's, and sometimes customers. They think his stories are crazy and farfetched, but at the same time they just think it's him telling stories just to keep himself from getting too depressed. When in reality he's seen and even dealt with quite a few of these 'monsters'. He hasn't killed any, but he's encountered quite a bit to know that... this world is a lot more mysterious and... actually exciting than it seems.

Skills: Jack is an outdoorsman at heart. He loves hunting, and he loves camping. He can tell you, hell he can teach you how to properly hunt a deer. Telling you how you have to be quiet, patient, and keep an eye on it. He'll show you how to look out for and follow animal tracks. He can tell you the best times of the year to go camping, fishing, and even what berries are safe to eat and when they are at their ripest. HELL he'll even show you how to skin an animal for it's hide, and what parts of the deer are the best. In short when it comes to hunting, camping, and fishing he's probably the best in Woodland, Oregon. At least by human standards.

Jack knows how to hunt quite well and knows that patience is usually the key. That and remaining quiet. Due to his persistent nature he'll often follow some tracks for several hours on end before he either finds his target, or he loses the tracks. When it comes to using a gun he prefers his good ol Remington 800 12 gauge. It's a weapon he's used for many years on his hunting trips, and when it comes to using it he has some pretty good aim. He's not the greatest with his aim, but he is good enough to hit a target from significant distance away if you give him time to aim.

Secondly Jack is the kind of guy who, after years of encounters and dealing with things like bigfoot, lizardmen, (Moth Kid but the tales of his interactions with Moth Kid will be for another time), and ghosts have opened his eyes to the paranormal. Even then he always had a bit of an open mind. So the encounters he has had, plus his openmindedness has given him the experience to deal with those creatures/entities. Hell he can even communicate with spirits (albeit not very effectively. He has to be focusing REALLY hard if he wants to actually communicate with a spirit without any outside help.)

The best way to describe him is that he's a man who knows how to defend himself. A survivalist, hunter, and... fan of the supernatural.

                          Spoiler:
The road to it is actually quite long. It's about a 30-40 minute drive to town and back. With the 20 minutes of the drive going through some heavy woods. At night it actually does get a little creepy, but for him it's actually quite relaxing of a drive along the dirt road.

                          His gun:
                          A Remington Model 870 12 gauge:
                          Spoiler:

He knows a lot about gun safety and when not in use (and when it's up on the wall) it's usually unloaded. He has 1 box of 12 gauge shotgun slugs that is half empty in his gun safe.

                          His Father's gun:
                          A Smith & Wesson Model 629 .44 magnum:
                          Spoiler:

This was his father's gun for a few years before he passed away. He left this for Jack as part of his inheritance. Out of respect Jack has NOT once fired it ever since he had inherited it. It's unloaded, but there is a box of .44 magnum rounds in it. His dad wanted to leave him this in case Jack ever need to defend himself.
