Usually when I'm feeling exhausted, I just focus and speed up my heart rate and I get enough energy to make it through the rest of the day.
If you do it often enough, then you can actually do it at will. It actually becomes easier to do after a while.
I should probably warn you about the heat flashes though.:p
Maybe it's a forced adrenaline rush. The only thing is, there's no adrenaline crash afterwards.
Maybe it only works because I believe it works, kind of like a placebo.
