"During Sakura-Con 2013, Funimation, the company who owns the North American license for most of the series' animations, was asked if they had the rights to Battle of Gods. They explained that all Dragon Ball Z movies must first be offered to Fox, but that currently it hasn't been picked up, and that they don't expect it to have a stateside release until 2014."
