Stamina is basically a way to limit how much dungeons you can run in a day. Every morning at 5 or so Stamina is refilled for everyone.

When you run out of stamina you can't run dungeons or gain EXP from enemies. Meaning all you can really do is grind for money by killing enemies in the field or so.
I don't mind stamina, and the plus is you get quite a bit of it which could last someone half an entire day of nonstop playing or so. If you run a dungeon with other players your stamina would go down much slower, but I usually prefer to run dungeons on my own.

On weekends everyone gets unlimited stamina which is nice. It just gets annoying when you are working on a quest chain (say for example the series of quests you have to do to become the Veteran Commander and you are halfway finished with the FINAL QUEST IN THE SERIES) and you run out of stamina at the very final quest in the chain.

Luckily though if you run out of stamina when you are in a dungeon you will still be able to finish the dungeon, and still obtain the EXP until you finish the dungeon. Then after you finish a dungeon you will not be able to go back into any dungeons until you get stamina back.

Also luckily they had a major field update during the summer meaning there are actual fields were you can encounter monsters and grind for money and random items to craft health items and such. Also recently they added the field bosses to fields meaning after a while of spending time in the field a boss will spawn and everyone can attack.

There are pretty nice rewards for defeating field bosses (like field boss souls which can be exchanged at the NPC Ariel for certain items and stuff.)

You can also get field boss cubes which contain different items like magic stones (which when you equip a piece of equipment with a magic stone it gains a permanent extra stat bonus like say +37 attack speed or +45 attack), and El Shards (which are different elemental stones which if you have enough you can go to an alchemist to use them to enchant gear. Weapons gain an element like say poison to poison enemies, while clothing gains resistance to that element.)

Over all even without stamina there is plenty to do. I guess I can set up a small shop in the market and hope people will by some of my gear. I'm looking to sell my old Nasod Miners Raven equipment set which if you have the full set equipped you get:

+100 Physical Defense
-100 Magical Defense

+400 Physical Offense
-400 Magical Offense

As well as I believe a added resistance to the wind element.

Ahh, so it's similar to those Facebook games when it comes to stamina.

Not only that but you can have more than one character in Elsword like other MMO's and stamina isn't shared between characters (yay, and yay for new Raven Weapon Taker Profile Pic)

Ahh, I see. So it's more like a hybrid stamina system, taking different elements from different games.

That makes me want to play MMOs like Dead Frontier again.
