*from the wiki*
Although Groznyj Grad is located in Russia, the "Stop" signs painted on the roads is Serbian. There is a similarly named city in Russia known as Grozny, located in the region of Chechnya. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, Grozny has been the scene of numerous vicious battles between the Russian Army and Chechen separatists.
