yup, worked like a madman in the office and got a surprise guest who then joined me for the last 3 hours until we reached her home

Well, I do feel proud about one thing.

I outran a car today.:p

Granted, it was only going 15 mph, but I wasn't even sprinting!:D

I looked it up, and the average person can achieve a maximum sprint speed of 15 mph.

I've got the speed, but it felt almost I was going to have a heart attack. I gotta work on that.

I can only imagine how fast I would have gone if I actually sprinted! XD

The fastest I have recorded myself running at was 17.2 mph, but that was a couple of months ago, and I have only gotten better.:p

What I should do is record it now.

My only problem is that my patellar tendons hurt afterward for a couple of days, mainly where the tendons connect to the bone.

If only there was a way to quickly heal those... -_-;
