Is Texas hold 'em the one where you have to get 21 amount in cards and if you go so much as 1 over, you lose and whoever gets the closest to 21 without going over wins?

Probably because it's Monday, and that usually means work/homework/school for a lot of us. Usually the weeks start out slow and get more active as they go by.
