Wow is that chart quite helpful. A bit hard to keep track of with all the lines >-> Yet it is good.
A few characters I know that were not introduced yet were
Alucard, Charlotte, Sparda, and Elsword. Though I know they are being introduced into the sequel.

I should have pointed this out in the beginning. I've made the assumption that most of the characters mentioned were introduced and excluded those I thought were not.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

I don't know if it matters but you could work one the lines inside of the Organization.
Ansem, Seeker of Darkness is the hearless of Terranort
Xemnas is the Nobody of Terranort
You could also include Terra and Aqua and have a possesed by Xehanort line to Terranort and Aquanort
You could also include replica lines from John to John Replica and Riku to Riku Replica
Lastly I'm not sure if it's right to include Xion in Organization XIII. She is more a tool they created to serve their own ends than a actual member.
