Currently my Chung is like lvl 23, and is now a Shooting Guardian class :P

Honestly you would get everything if you kept yourself informed. Early-mid-late game all is the same thing.

Chung would be at the disadvantage no matter against a true Sniper like Eleos. I mean, I doubt Chung's guns have an effective range of around 2,000 meters. He would be fighting a battle where Chung can't see Eleos, but Eleos can see Chung.
