As Zero stood up he slowly began to approach Szayelapporo. "Sorry..." Said Zero as the aura around him begins to get more intense.
"But I just can't do that... As you see... I'm on a mission..." Said Zero as his body armor completely changes to a dark red.

"Then despair in chaos." Szayelapporo grimly nodded. Then, he brought one of his gun to his head and fired, while emitting these words.
"Sip, La Lujuriosa."
Szayelapporo's body began to swell and burst, splattering blood red liquids all over the chamber. The liquid, sticky to touch, coagulated on Zero, Nitori and other abominations. From the burst site, a new form of Szayelapporo appeared.

The train kept going, but a blur jumped off of it, bursting through the wall where Sza and Zero were. It landed to the side of the two, and as it got up, it was Tricky, who was fully recovered at this point.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Just as Zero was about to move in for an attack his opponent had surprisingly shot himself in the head. However instead of dying Zero stepped back in surprise as his opponent had rather taken a new form. "..." Zero was speechless though his expression changed from surprised to his more usual calm and collected self. "So you have a stronger form as well?" Said Zero, referencing his old foe Sigma who always had another more powerful form. "Don't struggle? Sorry, but I am not going down without a fight!" He said as he laid Nitori on the ground near him. Just as he was about to attack a strange clown? Had appeared from the train that Zero was ignoring earlier. "What the hell?..."

"I'm just giving you a warning. Much like in a war dealing with these B.O.W.s is a very serious matter. Things can go from bad to worse in an instant when dealing with them. Not only that, but we have the threat of the Neo-Yakuza as well." Said Chris as he clenches his Assault Rifle.
"I also apologize if I'm sounding too over-protective. It's just I lost many men on missions similar to this current one. I just don't want to lose anymore."

"You don't have to apologize, it's understandable. We are fighting genetically programmed killing machines, but we'll be fine. Just as long as we keep our wits, we should all make it out in one piece.", the squad leader assured Chris.
"We're approaching Base 7.", one of the Spartans said to the squad leader and Chris with his communicator.
The Spartan squad of 20 was ready for heavy resistance, keeping to the trees and covering each other in case of an ambush.

As soon as Chris got the message that they were nearing Base 7 via communicator Chris turned to the Squad Leader and nodded. "I guess that's our cue to catch up with the others..." Said Chris as he readied his Assault Rifle.
As Chris walked forward throughout the forest on the dirt road leading to the Base Chris got an uneasy feeling in his gut. "Hey... is it just me... or is this place oddly quiet? Even for a forest?" Asked Chris as suddenly out of nowhere a flock of birds are seemingly startled by something, causing them to all fly out of the trees near the squad of Spartan's up ahead.

Right on cue, the Spartans closest to the disturbance checked their radars and readied their weapons while the others covered them.
"Do you see anything?", one of the Spartans quietly asked the others over his communicator.
"No, not yet.", the Spartan closest to the disturbance replied, ready for an attack.

As soon as the birds flew off into the distance a single red dot appears on their radar. It wasn't really moving fast... rather... it was moving slowly...
Just as the dot on the radar draws near some movement could be heard coming from the bushes. Suddenly out of nowhere a Neo-Yakuza agent covered in blood, bite marks, and large tears in his skin stumbles out of the bushes. However just as the agent steps out of the bushes he falls to his knees... followed by the Neo-Yakuza immediately dropping to the ground. His body now limp as the Neo-Yakuza agent drew his last breath right there.
The Neo-Yakuza agent had just escaped from the Base after being attacked by god knows what. It appears that the agent had used the last of his energy trying to escape.
Chris who finally caught up to the group notices the Spartan's were at full alert as though something just happened. "What's going on?" Said Chris as he notices the dead Neo-Yakuza agent laying on the ground.

"I don't know, but we're about to find out.", the Spartan closest to the dead agent said to Chris as he approached the body while three other Spartans covered him.
It was obvious that they were taking no chances with each other's safety. They were on high alert and prepared for the worst.
