As the attack landed Phantom drilled into Alfred's torso, suddenly in a flash of light the attack was over. The room had been lit back up, and Phantom could be seen in his Armed Phenomenon form floating a few feet away. Suddenly Phantom felt a sharp pain in his shoulder as he was forcefully reverted back to his normal form. The pain of losing an arm in his normal form was too much for Phantom, it was evident as he fell to one knee. "It's... over... it's... finally over..." Said Phantom as he looked at Alfred. His systems were currently failing, preventing him from being able to rejoin the others currently. As he tried to move his body he found that he was unable to. The damage to his body had caused his body to lock up completely. As the color begins fading from his eyes he sighs.

"Ocelot... make sure the girl remains safe... I shall remain here... and die in peace..." Thought Phantom as the color fades completely from his eyes, indicating that he had shut down.



Model F turned to Aya. "Sorry miss, but I don't let anyone wield me. Besides, he has a point. You might burn your fingers off!" Said Model F as it turns back to Ocelot. "So... mind telling me where we are?"

He laid there, his exoskeleton destroyed.

"Ungh... Damn... You... Ya got... Me..."

So this is it... My little girl... Out in the open... But I... Have to tell... Them...

Why I wanted to preserve her.


The battle between Dio and Marie ensued, Dio being worn out. Marie is weak, but her being a doll, she is resistant to pain.

She doesn't reply. She prepared another attack.

"Honestly, a haunted mansion. And I just wanted to collect traveling funds..."

Aya kicked me in the shin.

Then, I heard an explosion from Phantom's direction. Damn!

"Aya, you have to leave..."

But what if she get's attacked?

Model F remained where he was, floating in place looking at Aya and the man before turning to Ocelot who had took off. "HEY WAIT FOR ME!!!" Yelled Model F as it took off flying after Ocelot.

I went into the room. That doctor is barely alive... Oh no, Phantom!

I run over to Phantom.

"Hey man, c'mon! Tell me you're in freakin' sleep mode!"

Model F looks at Phantom then Ocelot, then back to Phantom. "He says he's fine. Only thing wrong he said is his systems. Don't know what the hell happened here, but it seems like he gotten beaten up pretty badly." Said Model F as it floats over to Alfred. "Looks like this guy got messed up too..."

Good to know. Now then... What of that doctor guy?

I walked up to the doctor.

"Sure f*cked you up, didn't he?"

Alfred turned to me.

"You... You're the one who was protecting Aya... Huh?"

"Yea. What of it?"

He reached into his lab coat and took out... A paper?

"Make sure... That the robot is alright... I need him to hear this as well."

"I don't think Mr. Reploid here will be able to function... not for a few hours at least." Said Model F as he begins floating around Ocelot's head, obviously somewhat bored that he missed out on a good fight.

"I see... Then tell him this... When he awakens... For I haven't much longer..."

Alfred then handed me a paper... I couldn't believe what I read.
