and to explain the mental protection, Im (in terms of my doctor) mentally and emotionally disturbed because of some events that I suppose don´t need to be explained now, so after those events, I could see things from a diferent point of view and could be calm in moments of great danger because my body and mind are always alert almost all the time.

I do have fear, but my own emotional loose screws have helped me to outlive many things thus making me mentally, emotionally and physically stronger

... F*ck that, I like being unstable. I can be as cool as a cucumbur (misspelling, deal wiht it) at one point, then I can stare at someone, the next thing ya know I'm smiling maliciously. Luckily, it hasn't gone beyond control... Yet.
