I don't think Otori would have one. If there were, HM would immediately tell them to take it down and only update on his wherabouts.

I finished the Chainsword. It was a nightmare to make all the teeth! (Over 50 teeth!!!)

The inn is pretty badly burned, Sidna escaped from the battle after Jason shot metal spikes at her, Seki left to the Everbloom Forest to find the Titanium mines, Otori passed out as HM got away, Jason healed him, and they just formed a partnership.

Jason and Otori are very near the damaged inn.
