Those comics and their authenticity to how canon they are is debatable, so i'd take that with several large pinches of salt.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Well, if Reisen was trained in riflery and arms techniques (after all, she does shoot literal bullets and uses a gun in the newest game), wouldn't it just make sense that Tewi would have learned and acquired such things from Reisen and her lunar companions? That's the only way I see it being a possibility other than acquiring them from Kourindou or the edge of the border.

Did you know that tewi in Inaba of the Moon and of the Earth, Tewi is actually a drunk. She seems to fond of beer and other alcohol. Please don't give her a gun while she's drunk.
