Is the stream suppose to randomly go from 110-170kbps?

Added a log for files played so people can check what songs have played so far and at what times.

I looked through that list in the edit, Dang, at this rate I'll never find the song I am looking for specifically lol. It was in the party mix. I'm certain it was hatsune miku, but I don't know now. -_-;
