The event uses the main part of the SDM which is the same as the version when you go to /Warp SDM
which is v2

Use the GMT system

if your where I think you are, then your in like GMT -5 (you can confirm this at the bottom of the forums when you're logged in), and so
EST is -4 then the difference is 1 hr and because it's add negative 1 hr, then w/e time it is in EST is your time +1

example, this post in EST is made at 12:42 AM
for you it would be 11:42 PM

So in that case I now think that tewi meant 12 PM and 12 AM on Monday =w=
