How about changing the mobs textures into Touhou characters? Yuyuko-pigs, Mouko-sheep, Keine-cows, Yoshika-zombies, etc?
The icons are a little small to do stuff like that OAO. As for the mob textures, I'll see what I can do about them, (but I'm not very keen on sticking people's faces onto animals.)

Again, the life bar has a higher bit resolution than the texture pack, but the donation box looks interesting. I can't fit characters on a small chest, but I might be able to create a large chest with it.

Anyway, it looks great so far. About the health bar, you could always use the life icons from the shooter games.
