The reason it is here is just that I didn't think before placing it here.

just to make it easier for later.
Vote count:
• Scarlet Town 1;
• Scarlet City 2;
• Crimson Village 1;

So if we were to decide now, the place would be called Scarlet City.
The voting will end on saturday 8 june at 1:00 AM (Dutch Time), which is midnight in London.

Edit:
I made a small scale version of our town, so we could build of that idea.
I'll be building some houses now.
Maybe a hotel too.
