I just checked where you placed the Phytogenic Insolator and I noticed a fatal flaw...
The thing needs to be under sunlight, so it won't work in a cave.
I'm digging a hole up as we speak.

That is incorrect (as you've already found out yourself by now). The phytogenic insolator does not require sunlight to function, and even with sunlight the recipe for the sunnarium piece does not work.

EDIT: Turns out we needed to upgrade the machine for it to work.

It's probably locked onto a Rinnosuke or something.
So not a bug.

EDIT: Okay, I just removed blocks stopping it, but it didn't move, so I punched it and it started to attack me.
just a minecraft thing, nothing to worry about.

The "Asking Toziko" quest does not work. Killing Toziko does not complete the quest.

For some reason, the piston on my windmill keeps on becoming the <unknown> block and disappears. Any way to fix this?

So, recently it seems to Mystcraft has had some problems making new worlds. I know that there are some symbols that are bugged, but I don't know which one. In the meantime, I would like to ask everyone to not make a Mystcraft world until I can resolve this. I do know that mystcraft can still generate some worlds at least.

I don't know if this is a bug or just a bit of bad luck for me, but I'd advise against using NEI to check Forestry recipes involving bees and saplings;
my game crashed upon attempting to do so.
