Alright as we all know, there are many names and/or terms that don't know how to pronounce simply because, well, we didn't make the game. So this here thread is for those who do and do not know how to pronounce names and/or terms. So to begin, I do not know how to pronounce touhou correctly. You may answer if you have the answer or you can jot down a name of your own (but seriously, I honestly don't know how o pronounce touhou...)

Literally, say "toe" and "hoe". Now put them together. Toehoe-> touhou

I've been meaning to do a video of me just reciting all the names an locations for those who want it, lol

toehoe?
That is the ugly, english version of it.
take the "o" sound from m"o"ngoose (mongoose) and make it Toho.
Thats the closest explanation I can make with written words on a short time.

Though knowing people who have english as main language, you will probably still get it wrong :P

I pretend I scorerun games.

Mongoose is closer to "mawn" than the "ou" sound you're going for. If you want the japanese pronunciation, the closest i can think of at the top of my head is the o sound in "or" or (heh) New Orleans.

Have you ever crossed the line between sanity and madness? You would be amazed by what lies beyond the fog..

wouldn't it roughly be 'toehoe' if you follow standard Japanese pronunciation?
