It's like the Zelda Tech Demo. You can't find a proper video of it, just off screen recordings.

Just FYI: The dart is called a berserk dart that Shulk just got hit with. In the game it just causes the victim to go on a rampage, killing anyone they see. Also it appears to have a poison that kills the victim after about a minute or two.
