Well, it could also apply to everything in general as well.

I think it's been enough time anyway. Just as I said earlier, thinking in an engineering mindset won't work. You have to think with the Bystander Effect in mind. You see, everyone thinks that someone else will take care of a problem, or answer a question, but you will get better results if you directly address someone. It also has to do with people either being too busy, or just actively trying to avoid the situation, but directly addressing someone usually yields better results. It won't work 100% of the time, but it will give you better chances of getting your questions answered than if you toss it out there for anyone to answer.

Now, some of us answer most of the questions, or provide input, but that's because we carefully read posts. We pay more attention. As for others, it could be because they are too busy, they have nothing to contribute, or they simply don't want to get involved. Of course, if you do as I said, you should be able to get a few more answers than usual.
