You know, come to think of it, I am more favorable towards (Like, top 20 favorite) characters from IN than any other.

EoSD - 3 (Rumia, Patchouli, Flandre)
PCB - 2 (Youmu, Yukari)
IaMP - 0 (I mean, there's only one character that was introduced newly)
IN - 5 (Me, Mystia, Keine-sensei, Eirin, Mokou)
PoFV - 2 (Yuuka, Aya. Medicine is close, but not on top 20.)
MoF - 2 (Nitori, Hina)
SWR - 1 (Kyaa~ Iku-san~)
SA - 1 (Utsuho)
UFO - 2 (Nazrin, Murasa)
TD - 1 (Futo, yeah I said it, Futo.)
HM - 0
DDC - 1 (Raiko, but Shinmyomaru is climbing that ladder pretty quickly.)

Not to mention that IN has good themes all across the board too.

Well, Jacobus already made her app. If you intend to use her as she was submitted by Jacobus, it isn't necessary. But if you are going to be using her for alternate purposes or apply your own changes to her, you will have to redo Mokou's app. She's already accepted into Noire so any modified app for her will be accepted with little trouble.

I think I might also list my favourites by game as well. Although I know that EoSD is going to be the largest.

Later on when John asks Patchy if she found out anything, state the title and that it's a tome of dark magic that is meant to channel the power of the Fell Dragon.
That alone should initialize everything.

he never gives straight answers. You have to piece together what he says and realize it's all connected somehow. Of course, Shulk has the mindset of a scientist and so he tends to put 2 and 2 together at times. The rest I leave for the other characters to have their "ah-ha" moment of realization as it sinks in.

I get that, and John is smart enough to figure it out, but he is a very straightforward person. He doesn't like it when people "beat around the bush" and when people don't give him straight answers. To him, it means that they are either purposely wasting his time, trying to make him angry, or hiding something.
