Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

This isn't quite finished yet. i'm really sleepy right now so the bio probobly isn't all that goood and ima little confused about how the threat levels work so i'll need to ask wiggles about that before i finish.

She stands at 5 feet 2 inches tall and has a modest chest. Two twin tails part her shoulder length hair with small ribbons tied around them. She has modern punk style clothing with fish net gloves a cross necklace and a scull crest in her hair with heart shaped eyes. Under her dress, lining her legs are matching fish net stockings that go with her gloves and underneath her clothing are black, silk undergarments. The only hing unusual about them is a purple skull on the right cup of her bra.
Biography: About 18 years ago somewhere in the heart of Asia, a priest by the name of Father Anderson had been visiting on a mission to feed the hungry and bring the word of god to the lost souls that dwell in the streets.. The humble Catholic priest felt as though god had sent him for a greater purpose. As though there were something more important he must do. This feeling set him off on a search that eventually brought him to a small eastern shrine shrine where he met a woman. The kind woman welcomed the priest into her shrine and gave the weary traveler food, drink and a place to rest. The shrine was covered from head to toe in mystical charms said to ward off evil spirits and protect mortals from possession. A bit strange to the foreigner but somehow comforting at the same time..
The two of them talked as though they had been friends for years, each sharing stories oh their travels. Although the two followed different religions, they shared the same ideals. The minutes faded into hours and soon night fell upon the small shrine. The priest and the maiden shared a passionate night together. But weather it was love or wine that brought forth their passion, no one can say.The next morning the two of them parted ways. The priest didn't return to the woman's shrine, knowing he had sinned he forbid himself from seeing her again. He kept the afare a secret and returned to his normal life. But he never managed to find whatever he was looking for on his trip.
It would be several years later before Anderson would be reminded of his passion filled night with the beautiful maiden. It was a normal Sunday morning like any other. Father Anderson was drinking his morning coffee and getting ready to head to church like any other day, when suddenly he heard a knock at the door. knock...knock...knock... It was slow and gentle so the knock must have been a child or a frail woman. But that wasn't' really important was it? Shaking himself back to reality the Priest collected himself and opened the door.
Standing there on the other side of the door was a young girl with long black hair and eyes as dark as nigh. She couldn't' have been more than 5 years old, Father Anderson knealt down so he would be eye level with the child as he spoke to her. He tried to ask her who she was, what she wanted and why she had come to his home, but the girl did not answer. Instead she simple handed him an envelope and turned her head away in shyness. Confused and curious the father opened the letter and began reading. What he learned came as a great shock to him. It was a letter from his maiden lover to him. The small girl who came to her house turned out to be his daughter, and whats worse she didn't' understand a lick of Irish or English. The letter explained that the maiden had fallen very ill and wouldn't be able to care for her daughter until she had recovered.
The maiden had sent the girl to live with her father until she could recover but the priest couldn't' help but wonder... why? surely there must have been someone else, someone who lived close by that could have babysat the child until her mother was feeling better. Not that Anderson wasn't' willing but sending a toddler from Asia to Ireland was no easy task. It just didn't' add up why she would send her so far away The next few days were completely chaotic. The girl's father was running too and fro trying to find answers. The maiden hadn't even left him so much as a phone number or an address. A week went by, but the only thing the father was able to learn was his daughter's name "Misaka".
A DNA test confirmed that she was in fact his child and managed to find her date of birth. May 13th, and she was already four years old. As if all this wasn't' stressful enough, his daughter refused to eat anything. She rarely spoke and even when she did it was the faintest of whispers in a language the Father couldn't' understand. When word of Anderson's unwed lovechild reached the church it was only a matter of time before he was stripped of his position. shamed and abandoned by his people, Anderson fell into a deep depression. He had planned to leave the country once the maiden had recovered but that day never seemed to come. days turned into weeks and Anderson finally started his own little investigation. He hired a detective to figure out where his daughter's mother was and planned to go see her. It took a few days before they heard anything back. Anderson was starting to lose hope that he wold ever find the maiden. His daughter was eating now at least but she stayed very quiet and kept to herself.
When the detective finally got back to them, the news wasn't exactly what he hoped for. The maiden had completely vanished. One day she was in the hospitable the next she was suddenly gone without a trace. No one had been able to find her and the police were considering her dead. Poor Anderson was at the end of his rope. he had no idea what to do or how to take care of his daughter. She wouldn't even talk to him so what could he do? he wept silently in his room. But before long a pare of tiny hands touched his arm and pulled on the sleeve of his jacket Little Misaka, clearly worried about her father had come to comfort him. she waited until he looked at her and then she crawled into is lap, wrapping her arms around him as far as she could. It was a small jester, but it gave anderson the streangth he needed to get back up off of his feet.
Things started getting a lot better after that. Anderson and Misaka moved to Valhalla where they started there new life together. Misaka started school and turned out to be quite clever. She loved reading and she had a special fondness or ghost stories. She loved ghosts, ghouls and vampires. anything supernatural. Her study of the supernatural eventually lead her back into her mother's footsteps as she read about her shrine and the many seals around it that protected it from evil spirits. This gave Misaka an idea. At the age of 13 and against her father's wishes. Misaka had set up a small stand in the streets where she worked as a "fortune teller". She had heard rumors of a strange phenomenon in Valhalla involving unexplained murders. She didn't' know if the rumors were true but they didn't' need to be. All she needed were for her victims to think they were real. And thus Misaka began her work.
She would give palm readings and and sell lucky charms at her stand that she made at home. Promising her charms would protect her custimers from evil spirits and demons. Some of her charms would bring good luck, others would attract a lover and others would ward of sickness. Of cores none of this was actually real. Just scribbles on paper that she could trade in for money. But unwittingly had actually been selling the very same charms her mother used o ward off evil spirits. She had unintentionally given normal humans very real protection from the omens she didn't' even know existed. of corse the charms could only protect them from the weaker omens but their power was real none the less. As Misaka matured she started improving her act. She used deduction and deductive reasoning to figure out what her customers were thinking and she learned several tricks to make her act convincing. She helped people talk too their loved ones from beyond the grave and even preformed an sexism on a man who thought he had been possessed. It wasn't long before the whole town had heard of her powers and all but the most skeptical of characters believed her powers to be true.
Her fam however would soon backfire as her father caught wind of a powerful medium in the town. Anderson's new friends told him all about how she seemed to know everything. Anderson wasn't' convinced but he thought maybe this woman could help him find his ex lover, or at least tell him what happened to her. Of cores when he found out the so called powerful medium was his own daughter he was... less than happy. Anderson took his daughter home and scolded her for lying and tricking innocent people into throwing their money away. He was going to force her to go door to door and return the money to everyone she had tricked and apologize to them, and he would have, if not for a little accident. Anderson had gone out that night for a walk to meditate on his thoughts. He was angry with his daughter, but he felt guilty for being angry with her. After all she was all he had left.
Anderson's mood quickly cooled down as he thought about how much he loved his daughter and what he would be willing to do to protect her. He reached his hand into his pockets as he walked and pulled out one of the several magic charms that Misaka had been selling at her stand. He recognized the symbol immediately as memories of his night with the maiden flooded his consciousness. He smiled at first but something must have upset him, for no more than a moment later he took the small charm in both hands and ripped it straight down the middle. When the seal was ripped, the protection it bestowed upon him vanished. the next thing he knew he had been hit by something. He looked up to see his attacker but in that very moment Father Anderson ceased to exist. They found his body in the street the next day.There was a large hole in his chest and his left arm had been burnt to a crisp, but no one knew how he had died.
The news hit Misaka hardest of all. She had lost the only family she had and she couldn't' get any kind of closure. In the months that followed. Misaka returned to her usual scamming for money. She offered a new policy in which customers who couldn't' afford her services could pay her with a kiss. However that method of payment was only available to women. It seemed she enjoyed any kiss she got a great deal more than money. After all money can't cure loneliness.
Now at the age of 17, Misaka attends high school where she acts as president of "The seance club" It's a club for people with an interest in the supernatural. Her reputation landed her a stable job at the local carnival as a fortune teller. She lives a relatively happy life by herself. she learned how to cook and bought a motorcycle to help her get around. She still lives in her father's house, not having the will to leave it. She goes about her day laughing cheerfully like anyone else but each night as her head reaches her pillow, shes reminded of how alone she feels without her family.
Personality: Misaka enjoys tricking and deceiving others. She loves scaring people and appearing mysterious, but these traits are small in comparison to her true nature. Misaka loves being the center of attention, or receiving any attention at all for that matter. She has very few friends, assuming the roll of a loner. But underneath her rough exterior is a child who craves attention and affection. She has a weakness to cute girls which causes her to melt just from being petted on head or hugged. when this happens she becomes a completely different person, a slave to the girls affection. note (It's not so much a perverted thing with her. the idea for this side of her is to be completely innocent and cute)
Powers:: Misaka has no powers of her own as of yet. She does however have magical charms that can protect against low level Omens She has a photographic memory allowing her to perfectly remember any event that she has witnessed.
When and if Misaka becomes a Profit her new found powers would be as follows. Her soul bound is a pendant (the second necklace in the appearance image that isn't the cross she normally wears. The pendant allows her body to become transparent so long as she's at least partially concealed by shadows Eventually as her powers grow she'll learn to make others transparent along with her and hide them as well, allowing for tactical stealthy stealthness! Her pendant also allows her to summon forth a magical purple flame. Unlike normal fire this purple flame will not burn or destroy wood paper or things you would normally find flammable. It can however burn what would normally be unburnable such as ghosts, mist water and when it's really amped up some metals. However she can not be transparent and use fire at the same time and once she summons a flame it will be several minute before she can cloak herself in the shadows again. The ability to burn through metal won't be available to her until her powers become a bit more developed and even then doing so will cause a great deal of strain upon her.

How Bubbles was born: An Omen was taking a bubble bath of evil when he agitated the soapy mixture, generating a flurry of tiny bubbles. Those bubbles merged into one bubble creating Bubbles. Bubbles is named such because that's the only thing she heard when she was born. It is the only word she knows and uses. She is a bit of an airhead so she doesn't have the capacity to learn any other words. She is, surprisingly, capable at performing tasks and understanding situations. Being an Omen, she was sent out to try to cause havoc and chaos, death and destruction. Unfortunately she was terrible at doing so. Her bubbly nature simply made her incapable. Sharp pointy objects easily thwarted her and most mortals could defeat her. Eventually the Omens banished her for being useless.
This all happened within the span of four hours and she has been walking the streets of Valhala for 1 hour. She at least knew to turn her bubble form into something more human looking. She adjusted it accordingly so that she would have enough air, hence why her bust is so large as she is using them as reserve air tanks. So far she hadn't had to do anything nor had the misfortune of coming into contact with needles. She doesn't know where she's going or what she'll do when she gets there, wherever there is.
Personality and Traits: She is bubbly because she is bubbles. She is surprisingly thoughtful at times despite her simple minded nature and short attention span. So far she has mindlessly explored and been bewildered by everything she sees. She hasn't had the need to communicate yet, though she knows enough how to convey whatever thoughts she has.
Powers: She can manipulate her body by air manipulation due to being bubbles. Her body, obviously, behaves like a human bubble but not like those inflatable life sized things; she can move a bit more naturally than that. She can "pop" very easily. Luckily, when the hole/damage is healed or repaired accordingly, she can be re-inflated.
In addition she can utilize:
Luminous Bubbles: She can create glowing bubbles. Probably the only useful skill she has.
Bursting Bubbles: They burst and can knock things around. Most of the time just annoying.
Bubble Shield: Its...useless. seriously, it's a bubble.
Bubble Slick: You know that slick that a bubble that pops on the ground leaves behind? The way she uses it you would think people would slip on it, right?
Well... doesn't work on most surfaces, now does it?
Bubble Wall: About as useful as Bubble Shield.

So far she hadn't had to do anything nor had the misfortune of coming into contact with needles. She doesn't know where she's going or what she'll do when she gets there, wherever there is.
Personality and Traits: She is bubbly because she is bubbles. She is surprisingly thoughtful at times despite her simple minded nature and short attention span. So far she has mindlessly explored and been bewildered by everything she sees. She hasn't had the need to communicate yet, though she knows enough how to convey whatever thoughts she has.
Powers: She can manipulate her body by air manipulation due to being bubbles. Her body, obviously, behaves like a human bubble but not like those inflatable life sized things; she can move a bit more naturally than that. She can "pop" very easily. Luckily, when the hole/damage is healed or repaired accordingly, she can be re-inflated.
In addition she can utilize:
Luminous Bubbles: She can create glowing bubbles. Probably the only useful skill she has.
Bursting Bubbles: They burst and can knock things around. Most of the time just annoying.
Bubble Shield: Its...useless. seriously, it's a bubble.
Bubble Slick: You know that slick that a bubble that pops on the ground leaves behind? The way she uses it you would think people would slip on it, right?
Well... doesn't work on most surfaces, now does it?
Bubble Wall: About as useful as Bubble Shield.

ONE MORE CHARACTER. THIS IDEA IS ONE I CANNOT PASS UP.
We need to have a tired (physically, mentally, and emotionally tired) Detective who has been investigating the string of murders lately. He has a SLIGHTLY depressing story, but that ties into his 'quirk'.
Demographics:
Name: Kaito Yukimura
Gender: Male
Age: 33
Appearance:
Underneath the tan trench-coat he wears a black suit, black slacks, and some standard brown boots.
Biography:
Kaito Yukimura. A detective working for the local Law Enforcement agency in the city of Valhalla. For a good long while he's been living a relatively normal, and happy life. Despite the low crime rate in the city being kinda... bad for his line of work, he had quite a bit of free time which he used to mostly just sleep around at the office most of the day. Other than that Kaito had quite a decent life, and even though most of his work was paper-work and the occasional case of robbery. He had a decent pay. Along with that he had a happy life at home with a wife he had been married to for 7 years. Life seemed pretty great for him despite the occasional complaints from his fellow co-workers about his laziness in the office, and several close calls with being fired.
Unfortunately his world would be torn down on the night of Febuary 13th last year. As on that night something completely unexpected happened.
While he was working in the office one late night, the Police Department he was stationed in received an emergency call... coming from his home. What happened was that his wife was calling about a break-in. Her voice sounded panicked and strained. There was obvious fear in her voice. Hearing this call, a few officers along with Kaito himself had quickly hopped into their vehicles and made their way to the Yukimura residence... what they found was heart wrenching. The door was busted open from the inside, and there were some odd claw-like marks along the flooring of the house just past the front door.
Inside the house was what Kaito had feared most. He and the officers had found the mangled deceased body of his wife on the floor of the kitchen... Kaito was absolutely dumbstruck for his beloved was on the ground... dead... The funeral happened one week later...
Kaito was in a depression for about a solid 4 months before he finally began to recover from his depression. Though when he started working again he actually began looking into the case of his deceased wife, and sure enough he began to find a bit of a connection with previous murders. The way his wife was killed matched a few previous suspects... murdered in their homes, mangled and torn apart, and the door being busted open from the inside. Along with that but several other people were murdered in other places like alleyways, but the way they were killed was still similar. All mangled and torn apart as if done by a wild animal. These minor connections made Kaito come to a single conclusion.
A serial killer is on the loose in Valhalla. With that conclusion Kaito quickly went to his boss, and at first his boss was a little intrigued. But due to Kaito's previous past habits of falling asleep in the office, the Chief was unwilling to let Kaito handle the case. Fortunately though the Chief did realize why Kaito wanted on the case... he wanted to try and find out what happened to his wife. So begrudingly the Chief let him on the case of the recent murders, and ever since then Kaito has been working hard. Almost every time there is a new murder, Kaito is usually there on the scene sometime after.

Kaito Yukimura is a hard worker. Even though he (still does) have a slight tendency to fall asleep in the office (usually during paperwork), whenever he is awake he is working as hard as possible. He has a sharp eye, and has a hard time missing any sort of detail despite how tired he usually is.
He also isn't the most social... well not since what happened to his wife. Ever since then he has become a bit withdrawn in social events. He usually keeps to himself except when it comes to the case. So it is hard to actually talk with him casually unless it involves anything to do with the recent murders. Mention anything about it and expect him to open up and begin questioning you about what you know regarding the murders. Other than that don't expect to get much responses about him. He has a tendency to lock himself in his office and focus on trying to piece together any clues about the recent murders. Half the time he'd even go sleepless on some nights. He is dead set on trying to solve this case.
Though there is still one person he opens up to and that is his dear mother. Someone he has loved dearly since he was young. Currently he sold his old house and had moved in with his mother.

As a detective Kaito has a rather sharp eye. It's hard for him to miss minor details. He never backs down from the case at all. In fact the hotter he thinks he is getting to solving the case, the more persistent he gets.
Other than that he has some training with some firearms and weapons, mostly handguns and other weapons you'd expect a detective to have. He even has some training with hand-to-hand combat, though he is not that proficient in direct unarmed combat. But he has enough skill to hold his own.
His Soulbound is a polaroid camera without any labels or anything (it's the kind of polaroid that as soon as you take an image, the photo is spat out by the camera.) What it is used for is that when he takes an image of an Omen, the photo is developed and once it dries it shows the Omen, and it's weakness. Even though anyone can take a picture with the camera, only he can see the weakness of the Omen on the photo.
I don't expect him to become a prophet anytime soon though.

Kaito does not really get pop-culture that much, and whenever people tend to make references to pop-culture, it sometimes stumps him and leaves him confused.
Another thing is that he gets a little shy when around people of the opposite sex. Mostly because he still feels uncomfortable when it comes to trying to date again ever since the death of his wife.
