Alisa confessed and closed the curtain. "And yes; as long as we do not make too loud of noises, they should not detect us. Even if they could, I should be able to defend you from any Omen threat for now."

"..." Alisa was silent for a bit, then continued: "Well, now that you became a Prophet as well, my job here is... is done."

But of course not; Alisa was not really done. The poison in her body was beginning to work all across her body, making her blush and feel squeamish. The fact that she was all hot and bothered was physically visible. "You can... sleep here... on this bed. It's not a hotel room, but it's... it's where I live right now, so... yeah..."

"Well, my parents aren´t the usual Asian race, my dad is from the other side of the lake while my mom is pretty much a world traveler" Mirabelle spoke as they entered her house, the place had something of many places around the world, but still it was mostly western styled furniture and art stuff, although there was the entrance part where the people got ther shoes off. "There is a guest room on the right side and a bathroom across the hall, feel free to relax" the pinkette spoke while taking Misaka upstairs to her room so she could use Mirabelle´s bed.

Yuki was pleased that Mirabelle offered her a chance to relax but she had to politely decline. "I appreciate the offer but I do need to go home and get ready for school tomorrow. Goodnight." Yuki said and bowed politely and then left and headed home.

Putting Misaka on her bed and tucking her with the covering, Mirabelle was about to respond to Yuki when the girl already left "Well then.. gues its just the two of us for tonight isn´t it?" she spoke to the sleeping girl and simply sighed while taking some clothes from her room and going downstairs to the guest room ("What a first day, I wonder what the whole week will bring to us") she thought while changing to a loose tank top and shorts. The pinkette got on the bed and looked at the moon ("Good night then")

She was beginning to undo her shirt button to give ridicule Drake and, because of how tall Drake was compared to Karuna, he could see her cleavage in full view through her opening shirt. "And what kind of response is "We should wait until we get to somewhere more private?" It's almost as if you WANT me to molest you, huh?"

Ikazuchi felt relieved. At morning, she could see stress and worry built up inside Kaito as he skipped his breakfast. Even though some of those anxiety still existed on his face, he looked to be a little bit more neutralized and calm, which is all Ikazuchi would ever want: her son to be happy and not be bogged down by stress. "Alright, let's eat then!"

Ikazuchi led Kaito to the dining room: marinated chicken wings neatly stacked on a plate, two bowls of rice, some side dishes... Ikazuchi made a feast for Kaito and her just like every day. Cooking was Ikazuchi's best traits, after all, and she could use as much culinary skills as possible to cheer her son up and energize him.

"Dig in!" Ikazuchi proudly ordered as she sat down and waited for Kaito to take the first bite, her eyes glistening brightly in anticipation of Kaito's response.

Rez was immediately overcome by a sensation that he... surprisingly, hadn't experienced before. It wasn't lust, as he had known what that felt like, but he couldn't quite place it. His entire body tingled and warmed up as Alisa pressed herself against him. After a few moments, he decided he would just let whatever came next happen. He closed his eyes and shrugged in his head, apologizing to Maya in thought.

'Sorry, Maya, I was hoping maybe you'd be my first but... guess that's not gonna happen now. Ah well. I'll make it up to you.'

With Karuna's persistent teasing, Drake backed up a little. His face becoming as red as a rose petal upon seeing her unbutton her shirt. Combined with the fact that due to his height compared to Karuna's, he was able to see her cleavage clearly. Drake was about to respond, but her teasing question made him even more nervous.

"N-No! That is NOT what I meant by that! Also please cover yourself up Miss Karuna! I am a well-mannered and refined man, I do not wish for someone to come by and see you acting the way you are! What if people get... ideas!?"

Kaito followed his mother into the dining room, and the smell of the food was absolutely wonderful. One thing he definitely loved about living with his mother was the delicious meals she prepares. In fact... it kinda made him regret leaving during breakfast this morning. Though he will be making up the fact that he left before he could eat breakfast by staying and eating dinner with his mother.

With the signal given to him from his mother, he sat down and quickly took a bite of the chicken... He remained silent for a moment, but after swallowing the bite of food he smiled and looked at her. "It's good mother. Just as it should be when you cook."

Karuna, thankfully for Drake, backed out after her incessant teasing. Closing a few buttons on her shirt but not bothering to close it fully, Karuna chuckled and squeezed Drake's cheeks. "I thought you were a rather innocent guy. Looks like I was right. Not a lot of people can confess that they're embarrassed whenever I tease them like this, you know- ah here we are!"

Karuna and Drake eventually arrived at what looked like a family-owned convenient store of sorts. The doors were closed because the store wasn't a 24/7 stores like those commercial stores by the downtown area, but Karuna had the keys to enter the place as she pulled them out and unlocked the door on her own.

"My... step-grandfather owns this store." Karuna said, having a rather difficult time trying to find out how to make her true backstory as non-Prophet-y as possible. "My parents are all abroad, so they sent me to live here. I love my grandpa, even though he smells like cigarettes all the time. You wanna... come in and get a drink for on your way home?"

This. This is what Ikazuchi lived for. Her son reveling at the food she prepared for him. Just watching him eat his belly's worth of food and looking satisfied was enough for Ikazuchi as she merely sat there, watching her son with an adorable, motherly smile.

After the rather passionate kiss, Alisa grabbed the collar of Rez's shirt and whispered in his ears.

"Don't worry and relax. I'll turn you from a boy into a man."

And as the night turned the skies into the deeper shade of black, Rez and Alisa shared a passionate night together, out of reach from anyone to hear them or see them. It was a night, only for the two of them to share...

Drake became thankful and relieved when Karuna finally buttoned her shirt, after all he was getting quite tense with her actions. The way she had her shirt unbuttoned and kept teasing him did cause more than just embarrasment in Drake, but thankfully he managed to his what Karuna had caused. When she stopped he calmed down as he watched her unlock the door to the closed convenience store.

"Well I always consider being honest to people to be quite a nice trait." Drake spoke with a slight chuckle as he then heard Karuna's speech about how her parents are usually abroad, and that she often lives with her step-grandfather and all. Hearing this he felt a little sad for her, but at the same time quite understanding of it.


"I see... you know. I have a bit of a feeling as to what it's like to well... have parents that are either not around due to various reasons or too busy with work at home to spend time with you..." Drake replied as he gave a quick tip of his hat to Karuna...

"And yes... I'd like a drink..." Finished Drake with a warm smile while resting his hand on Karuna's shoulder. As if he was going to say something, but decided against it at the last minute.

A good 10 minutes or so passed as Kaito had continued to eat his mother's delicious dinner. When he finally finished he leaned back, smiled, and stretched.

"Thanks mother, it was really good." Kaito spoke as he sat there for a few moments before standing up. "Anyways I think I need to take a bath then actually get back to that paper work."
Said the detective as his expression and tone switched from his happy and calm one, and back to his tired and stressed one he had earlier in the day.

The interior was what you expect a convenient store to be like:, with aisle of snacks, reach-in refrigerators with beverages both for minors and for adults, and miscellaneous things that are expected to be sold in this type of vendor like gift cards, cigarettes, and lottery tickets displayed near the cashier. One key difference was that there was a staircase that led to the second floor: presumably where Karuna slept at.

"I actually don't know what you like sooo" Karuna said as she pranced to the beverage section and pulled out a sweet strawberry drink for herself. "Just pick whatever you'd like from here: it's on the house."

Meanwhile, the trio including Bora was closely approaching the same convenience store that Karuna and Drake were in. Fabian was still slurring his words, grumbling about how he's not drunk yet, which Bora and the large man next to her promptly ignored. Things seemed to be rather peaceful until Bora stopped and looked around as if she smelled something.

"What's wrong?" Fabian mumbled. Bora's eyes dilated as she looked around frantically.

"This can't be..." Bora said to herself, then turned to her two companions. "There are Omen activities."

Fabian's drunkenness was partially replaced by a look of shock and disbelief, while the large man holding Fabian in place suddenly tensed up and became aware of his surroundings.

"Whoa... Omen activity right now? But it's barely sunset!" Fabian slurred, although he seemed to be more on focus than before. "Can you tell where it is?"

"Judging by my Lens, it's not very far." Bora commented. "But... Fabian is in no shape to battle. What do we do?"

"Look, I can- *hic* fight just fine. I'll just be a wee bit tipsy." Fabian chuckled as he finally released himself from the large cleric's grasps. "Come on, let's go. Can't let any innocent people fall prey to them."

Bora sighed. Fabian wasn't a reliable fighter when drunk; she knew it firsthand. Sure, his attacks still packed a punch, but they lacked in accuracy because of how hazy his visions were while drunk. "I think it's better if you went inside and took some rest. Father Bernard can accompany me."

Fabian grumbled, but obliged. Between him, Karuna, and her, Bora was the oldest, and thus the one who took charge between the three. He could try and object, but with Father Bernard around, he wasn't going to risk getting reprimanded.

"Alright, alright. I'll go and get some rest, then." Fabian sighed and waddled to the convenient store while Bora turned and ran, paying attention to her Lens as she tracked herself to the location of the Omen activity, with Father Bernard quickly following her in escort.

"Alright. You do that. Momma will just be right here for you if you need anything." Ikazuchi nodded as her eyes followed Kaito's mood shift. She couldn't tolerate Kaito being stressed out due to his work, but his work was the only thing that kept the family together financially, so she couldn't really complain as she merely nodded.

Koishi was a little confused, still following along. Omen activity? What was an Omen? It sounded bad, but her curiosity was driving her, and more importantly, her legs forward. It had to be urgent, certainly, considering how fast they were moving.

She hopped over fences and other obstacles, just out of their view. For some reason, a looming sense of dread was building somewhere in her stomach. Or wa it the head? Questions ran through her head like bullets, never really leading anywhere as she continued to follow along.

Drake followed Karuna into the Conenience Store, and seeing the inside showed him that it was... normal. The place was a simple store that sells various things ranging from snacks, to lottery tickets. It was definitely nothing really entirely different about this one compared to others he has seen. The only thing remotely different was the stair-case that probably led up to where Karuna slept.

Once inside he then went up to one of the refrigerators, and upon being told that they are on the house he reached in and grabbed a simple bottle of cola. With the bottle of soda in hand he looked at Karuna and smiled once again. "Thank you Karuna... you're probably one of the nicest people I've met in this town, let alone any other schools I have been to in the past." Drake replied with a rather dry chuckle.
