    Pine Grove | Chronomacer's Tower

Seeing that his two newest allies, if not potential friends have made up he smiled as he holds onto his shield tightly as he began to try and move faster. Braum was literally using all his leg power to push himself forward as he carried the large stone shield, using it essentially as a battering ram for anything that might get in the way. Including any metal rubble which with his shield he would properly just plow through. As he did this he called out.

"Stand behind Braum friends!" Braum called out as he began to slowly pick up a little speed... The weight of his shield gave him a lot of forward momentum, making it hard to stop him from a frontal attack.

    Pine Grove

As Achlys was staring at the tower and preparing it. She would notice that in the distance... Saru was already running towards the tower, but instead of entering he was already climbing the ruined walls on the outside of the tower until he got to the top. Once at the top of the tower he let out a screech as he jumped onto the legs. Saru was tempted to get to the 'heart' of this vile abomination, and with it's nature he is thinking it must be in the castle on top of the Dragon's back.

      Chronomancer's Tower

While Seki was expecting to see Aion down and mortally wounded, instead she would see Aion crouching as if he was merely clipped by the explosion instead of taking it outright. "Heh, I'm no fool. You've got to try harder." The grin on his face broadened. He then charged her with the shield raised, vanishing through one rift and appearing right in front of her. He was expecting her to try and pull a similar attack again, sending him flying through the rifts which he then would manipulate to come crashing into her from behind using the momentum before vanishing into the rift. He was now starting to actively distract her.

The necromancer was not amused by the boy's persistence. ("I didn't want to do this but...") she thought as the boy approached. She didn't move or make any attempt to avoid the man as she simply closed her eyes and waited for him to reach her. She would allow him to bash her on the head with his shield, however she didn't fall or even seem to feel the pain of the blow. With the shield obscuring his vision, the boy couldn't see her face or her head.

"So... You want me to start trying?" The girl then used her fist to punch at his gut, her fist would travel at 200mph but surprisingly the punch would only be enough to knock the wind out of his lungs without killing him. It seemed she was pulling her punches. However the punch was still strong enough to easily bend iron armor, but just to make sure the boy stayed down, she was sure to leave a small amount of ark energy on the man's stomach to be used as a follow up. If the man did somehow stay conscious after the punch, the girl would quickly detonate the dark energy on his body and cause it to self destruct in a blast that would leave him in a similar state to what Zero had been in before. However the necromancer still refused to kill him. The last thing the man would see before he blacked out was his friends and allies quickly racing to his aid.

Meanwhile Zena Braum and Zero would arrive on the seen just in time to watch the showdown They would see Aion blocking the powerful as the followed quickly behind Btaum and they would even see him bash his shield against her head. However just as it appeared he had won he was quickly taken The Necromancer's hair with black hair turned to face the others, her eyes closed as she faced them and waited patiently for them to reach her. Something about the girl's hair had changed just before she took the hit from the shield and again right after Aion had blacked out, back to how it normally looked. It was hard to tell exactly what had happened in the darkness of the tower, but the girl didnt' dare open her eyes until it was back to normal.

The skeleton was clearly protective over the skull on the front of her armor. To prove this he used his own right hand to block the acid, quickly distatching the hand once it was hit to prevent the acid from spreading to the rest of his bones. Following up on the girl's idea, the man qcikl rushed in with impressive speed, running past the axe that had been attacking him and aiming his blade directly at the skull. He managed to evade the fire between them and it seemed that he would succeed. With no weapons left to defend himself, the skeleton didnt' have anything left to block with.

However this didn't stop the skeleton as he caught the blade with the one hand he had left. It was dull enough from the necromancer's rough treatment, and Mr. Socks seemed to be made of much stronger bones than most of the other undead. The blade still cut into his hand, but that would heal quickly enough thanks to the active ritual that was restoring the undead.. The ax that had been attacking the man quickly flew back towards him while his blade was stuck, it seemed he intended to use this to cut the man down. The swordsman was quick however as he used his secondary short blade to free his first and quickly ducked, causing the axe to float over his body and nearly crash into the skull. Mr. Socks quickly caught the axe by the handle but the skull on the armor was still angry. It's eyes flashed and it began rapidly shooting bursts of dark fire at him while he was falling back and trying to protect himself. The man took a few hits here and there but it wasnt' anything he couldnt' shrug off. It seemed he had the full attention of the spirit controling the fire.

Taking the chance of having the skeleton armorīs full attention on the human, Nera used her speed to reach behind the skeleton and charged forward, her blad aiming at the back of the armor with both paws holding long sword, yet there was the vial of a greenish liquid strapped on her wrist (This will probably fail and cause some burns, or it will damage him) she thought while hoping for a certain action of the warrior.

After a good amount of running and ramming through any obstacles with his shield, Braum began to slow down as he heard the sounds of combat close by. Looking past his shield he saw the Necromancer girl... and another guy with a shield of his own seemingly beginning to fall into unconsciousness. Seeing this Braum came to a stop as he slammed his shield onto the ground hard, but keeping it upright while holding onto it. Standing behind it but looking over it he watched the Necromancer girl.

"Braum sees Evil Little Girl... So what is plan now?" He whispered to Zena... while he himself was trying to thinking of a plan of action...

Zero looked up and saw that Zena and Braum went ahead, never noticing he stopped. It took him a few minutes to catch up to them and Braum said that he sees the necromancer. Zero caught and glance then -badump- his heart beated, causing him to step back some. A feeling Zero hasn't had in months came back, the feeling ........... of fear. He stepped back some more and started to breathe heavily while grabbing his chest with his right hand.
"No matter how strong or what power the enemy has, I will fight and protect my friends, even if it cost me my life to protect them. I will fight until I die to ensure their future."

"Lavender, I can't have you come with me...", Azeruk said to Lavender before looking off in the direction of the tower and pausing to consider what he said next.

Azeruk wanted to tell Lavender what exactly he was planning to do, but he didn't know how she would take such information. If she was told that he was going to go back and fight to buy her some time, would she let him? What would she do? It was clear to Azeruk that Lavender worried about losing him like her old master, but if Azeruk did not act, then she would not have an opportunity to find her old master. After a moment of silence, Azeruk removed his helmet and looked back at Lavender with a rather odd look in his eye. Lavender may or may not have been able to tell what that look conveyed, but it was evident that there was at least a hint of worry in his gaze.

"If I don't go back, then there's a good chance Seki, that girl, will come back and attack in an attempt to capture us to get the secrets of the tower. I have to go back and at least distract her or stop her to buy you enough time to get a safe distance away... I'm not going to lie to you, what I am doing is dangerous, but I am doing this for your safety. I need you to run. Run as fast as you can to Sanctuary, and if you hear the flapping of wings in the sky, I need you to hide. When this is all over, I'll come look for you and I promise that I will find you. If it is fated that we are supposed to walk the same path, then time will make it so.", Azeruk said to Lavender as he placed and arm on her shoulder, as if to assure her that the separation was only temporary.

Lavender stood there for a second or two, her head downcast in sorrowful contemplation, before she looked up and nodded. Her black, pupil-less eyes were glistening with tears overflowing down her cheeks. Gripping the shortsword tightly with both hands, Lavender turned to run towards this place called Sanctuary, but not before giving Azeruk a hug and a plead.

"Please... promise me you'll come back for me."

                    Pine Grove | Chronomacer's Tower

The elf girl looked around her and quickly came up with a plan. They were underground but they seemed to be in some kind of cave that didn't need supports to keep them standing. However if the girl were to launch an attack straight up at the ceiling, it would surely cause the cave to cave in on all of them. "I have an idea." said the elf girl as the necromancer sent out a single shot of dark energy aimed directly at Braum's sheild. The attack asn't meant to break the sheild or even harm them, It was simply done for the intimidation factor. The blast of dark energy would hit the sheild with all the force of a minivan but spread out over the full length of the shield to do minimal damage. For some reason the necromancer, who had a fortress made from the bones of her fallen enemies, was going out of her way not to kill anyone inside the tower.

"I suggest you leave back the way you came." Said Seki as she slowly approached the standing trio of worriers. However she stopped when she saw the boy standing behind Braum and Zena. It was the same boy she had nearly killed just a few minutes ago on the surface. But he looked like he was in perfect health. "You're still standing? My you are a stubborn one indeed. You might even make a good addition to our cause. whatdya say kiddo? Want to become the most powerful aeromancer in the world? Or will your life be wasted in a battle you already know you can't win?"

Meanwhile Zena took this moment to quickly explain her plan to the others. "If one of us were to attack her from above, she wouldn't' be able to strike back without risking causing a collapse. If we all attack her from separate directions, we might be able to catch her off gaurd."

Pine Grove | Bone dragon Fortress

The worrier saw the girl's attack but wasn't sure what she was planning. He thought it best to just be as good of a distraction as possible as he quickly turned again, charging directly for Mr. Socks as he called out to him. "HEY BONE HEAD" he yelled to get his attention. It wasn't easy for the man to charge at him while still avoiding the fire, however he was holding his own quite impressively. With all attention on the Human' The girl's attack would go off without a hitch. The long sword would sink into the being's armor and posibly do some damage to his bone structure as well.

The skeletol worrier's attention was then immediately brought back to the fox as one of his floating blade was quickly brought back to him in order to counter her attack, but the fox still had plenty of time to act thanks to the male's distraction.

Seeing that this was her only chance, Nera kept going towards the skeleton warrior as her mind made the greenish liquid explide from its vial, going at the same speed as the yaju to fall on Mr. Socks as if in a rain of water, the scent made the fox squint her eyes while trying to evade the floating blade with her speed.

All of Zero's instincts were telling him to flee. Zero knew that if the necromancer went to use another one of those orb attacks, everyone will be finished. Zena mentioned that she had a plan then Seki spoke to him, offering him a chance to join her and becoming the strongest aeromancer ever. Zero knew that in order to be the strongest, he'll need the legendary tome, Elin's Aeromancy Tome. This could be the perfect chance to find out what the necromancer was up to. Zena mentioned her plan and Zero started to walk forward. Not saying anything to them, knowing he might lose their trust. "First, tell me your name and what your cause is before I answer you." Zero said to her, hiding his fear of her.

As the Skeletal worrier caught his own blade and quickly did a 180 turn to chop the girl's head off. He missed with his blade but he was still able to deliver a powerful kick to the girl's side before she was able to get out of range. This wouldn't' be fetal but it would probably sting like hell for a while. The skeleton could feel it's bones starting to deteriorate, now relying mostly on the armor to move his body to prevent himself from further harming his spine.

Once the girl was knocked away by his kick, the being attempted to finish her by summoning forth a blast of dark fire towards the fox, this would have likely killed her very quickly if it wasn't' somehow avoided or blocked. However since both beings were focusing on the girl now, the worrier took it as an opening. With great speed he rushed the undead from behind and pushed his sword through the opening already made by the fox. His katana and pierced the being's spine in such a way that it wouldn't' destroy it, but it would hold him firmly in place until the sword was removed. The man had stunned the worrier but only for a short time. What the fox did next may decide the outcome of this battle.

The necromancer honestly had a hard time trusting the boy. As such she chose her words carefully in a way that was cryptic but would still give a general idea of why she was doing everything she did. "To save this world from it's own foolishness. We coul live in a world with no more war, no more violence, no more death. Despite everything I've spared you and your friends thus far. It would have been much easier to just kill all of you up there and go about my business down here. But I let you live. But my mercy ends here. Join me or leave.. Or will you be foolish and throw away your lives?"

Nera didnīt have much time to celebrate the small victory because as soon as she got the acid inside of the skeleton warrior, a powerful kick sent her back, bruising her ribs , if not outright breaking one of them. It took some breaths of the Yaju to recover from the kick as she used her blade to help herself get on her feet, taking the throwing knives she bought from the traders in the Pine grove and threw them at the skeleton warriorīs elbow joints, snapping the union as she spoke "You are a formidable warrior, fighting even when your body is so close to being destroyed, but as someone who follows the honor of a blade, I shall give you the chance to surrender and live for another day" she offered to him, her last throwing knife ready to be thrown and snap the skeletonīs neck.

The necro told them of her plan but it was opposite of what she has done. "Hehe hehehe HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!!!!" Zero laughed with his right hand on his forehead and laughed upwards. "Save the world? No war? No violence? That is complete bullcrap! Attacking Sanctuary, destroying the Hero Artix's statue and what you've done here. It's the complete opposite of what you just told me!!" Zero said looking at her. "I can't take this anymore. I won't hold back anymore." He said as he draws his sword with a menacing smile and glare on him. He starts to laugh and crimson wind starts surrounding him, forming an appearance of a Dragon Jin. Claws on his hands, talons on his feet, 2 miniature wings about 1 1/2 feet long and a tail about 3 feet long and 3 horns with 2 pointing backwards from his eyes then going around his ears with one pointing upwards from his forehead. "Supreme Wind Armor: Dragorian Form." He said and lunged forward, making his sword colliding with an orb the necro made to defend. "Don't think that orb will work on me again!" Zero said with that menacing smile on him. This made the opening Zena and Braum needed but what will they do after seeing Zero like this?

Mr. socks could only move hist arms and his mouth to speak as the worrier locked locked the undead in place by manipulating his weakened spine. He could hardly move, much less avoid an attack, yet the fox woman was trying to spare him instead. The old skeleton couldn't' help but chuckle. It wasn't' the kind of laugh that was mocking or insulting towards the fox. It seemed more like he was amused. "You brought some joy to this old soul I'll give you that. But as it turns out, skeletons are already dead. As much as I would like to preserve my... Existence, It goes against the orders I've been given by my master. I'm afraid it's a fight to the end, weather i want it or not." He said as he held his dual axes in each hand, preparing for what could very well be his final attack. "Come on then. Show me the honor of a true worrier!"

                                Pine Grove | Chronomacer's Tower

The necromancer simply giggled and quickly clapped at the boy's display. She didnt' seem the slightest bit threatened or worried about the outcome of this fight. "Congratulations! You were able to block an attack with all the strength and force of a small pebble. Use you're head kiddo. If I fought at full power down here, the blast would cause the cave to collapse in on us and we would all be dead.... Unless..." She said as she lifted a single finger and pointed it at the dragon boy, forming dark energy on the tips of her fingers in an attack similar to the one she had used above ground, but she didn't use it against him. "Tell me, do you think you could stop a full powered projectile? or would all of your little friends die from the explosion? Even If you could, i doubt HE! can." She said as she turned the attack on Aion who was still downn and helpless to protect himself from another attack.

The necromancer knew her attacks moved too quickly for the boy to no only get between it and the man, and also block it as well. In fact it shouldn't' have been humanly possible for any to move fast enough to catch the bullet once it left her fingers. "That being said, If yo value the boy's life, I suggest all of you leave the way you came." she said, revealing the true reason why she left the boy alive all this time. Seki had known it was only a matter of time before the others caught up to him and once they did, she knew she could use him as insurance to get rid of her hunters.

Zena looked on In anger, but she kept herself under control so to not do anything stupid or provoke the necromancer. "So that's why you spared him. Cause you knew if he were dead there wouldn't be anything standing between us and you. Admit it. You're a coward!" She boldly stated as she tried to buy herself a little time to think. If Aion hadn't so foolishly rushed in by himself, they would have been able to defeat her but now things were a lot more difficult.

"And using my self control against me isnt' cowardly? War is a game. The winners are the ones who play smart, not the ones with the most pieces. And this... This is what we call... Check Mate!" She said with a devious smirk on her lips as she watched and waited for her enemies to make the next move.
