Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Getting of the frieghter and patrol ships, the bioroid hoped that the little one was ok, she knew that the girl had strange powers, but even strong beings had their limits "She will be fine, the little one caused some ruckus just by looking at things so she will be ok" Mara said to herself while tracing the route to the closestr planet in Celestora system

As they went through what seemed to be a cloud, the Great City in the Sky could be seen, with the Palace in the center. The architecture looked like clusters of towers connected by crisscrossing bridges made of glass and columns of pale orange stone, when in reality it was a metal that had the same rough texture as stone. Ornate arches and flying buttresses accented the towers. They flew to the base of the Palace in the center and landed in an elegant landing bay. Royal Guards with extravagant armor, shields, and energy lances stood along the wide open passages with arches and columns that made the bridge to the central tower seem like a cathedral. When the black ship landed, the two fighters left and continued their patrol. A small group of Guards approached the ship, having been informed of its arrival, and stood across the front of it in line.

As Mara left, the guns of the Beta class hit the engines of the Freighter she just left. Then after everyone evacuated the freighter, and no signs of life were left on it, Revere gave the signal and the freighter was annihilated.
"It's for a greater good." Revere whispered to himself. "What seems pointless now serves a purpose later." He then turned to an officer nearby. "Who was the next in command?"
A young man stood up. "I was, sir."
"Good. You are now the Commanding officer of this vessel." Revere then turned and left for the hangar bay. "And one last thing: Learn from the mistakes of your predecessors. Never question me."

Back in the hangar, Revere walked over to his fighter. Blade X-01, codenamed Lunar Blade, was a pitch black fighter with silver ornate markings on it. It had a silhouette similar to Aion's fighter. He climbed into it and took off, heading for Alcyon and its warp gate.

"Right here." Kiara walked over to the central console under the orb of light and tapped it, causing multiple holographic screens to appear. She then typed in the term "YOUKAI" and "EARTH" and clicked a button to begin the through the entire archives. "This should just take a minute. It starts with the current time and goes backwards through billions of years in a matter of seconds." Kiara explained to Mima.
A few seconds more and the result came up. "Ah here we go...Mima, if you could come here and see if this is the correct entry." Kiara stepped out of the way for Mima.

Anankerisa giggled. "Aren't you clever." Then a handful of skeletons walked through the corridor behind the Reaper, wielding either swords and shields, large axes, or spears all made of a mysterious black substance, which looked almost liquid. The skeletons were held together by what looked like a few red stings running along their bones. "Let's play a game. You're the bad guy, and I'm the good guy. And the bad guys always lose, right? Teehee~ Shall we begin?" Then the skeletons charged at the reaper.

John looked out the window, then at Cortana.
"You ready?", John asked Cortana in his usual calm tone.
"Yep. Time to go.", Cortana said as John approached the Holodeck and pulled out Cortana's Data Crystal Chip.
John then took the chip and inserted it into the back of his helmet, integrating Cortana into the suit. John then grabbed his M6D Magnum Pistol, placed it on one of his magnetic holsters, and exited the ship. John was greeted by the sight of soldiers all lined up near the front of the ship. It had to be quite a strange sight for the guards; a 7-foot-tall green giant towering over everyone around him. John simply stood there, thinking that someone would be there to greet him and possibly guide him to where he was expected to go.

The Reaper pulled out it's scythe.
"Justice shall be served this day." The Reaper said.
Quickly and elegantly, The Reaper cut through the skeletons like a knife through butter. Dozens of kunai impacted through the strings, cutting them apart, and thus, making the skeletons fall apart. It kept going, eventually, after aorund thirty seconds of fighting, it dispatched the skeletons.
"And then there was one." The Reaper turned back to the girl. "Your judgement of my character is flawed. I go where justice must be served, where the unjust must be punished harshly. You may think yourself as some all powerful entity, but to justice, you are nothing but vermin, meant to be crushed and eradicated." The Reaper replied.

Mima sifted through the words until the line defining youkai caught her eye.
"Youkai is a designation for a Japanese folk creature or ghost." Mima glanced down to her ghost tail. "I think I fall into the latter category."

"Teeheheehehee~ You think I'm the bad guy? Hehehehe~ I'm the one saving the Galaxy." Then her voice lowered and her attitude changed. "Everyone...EVERYONE IS CAUSING THE GALAXY PAIN!" Suddenly, spider like black wings that appeared to be the same substance as the weapons of the skeletons spread from her back and arced to the ground. She lifted off of the ground, her face a mixture of sadistic ecstasy and miserable sadness. As she did, the strings of the skeletons regrew and they got up once more. Anankerisa held her head in her hands. "SO MUCH PAIN! SO MUCH SUFFERING! WHY PROLONG THE INEVITABLE?!? KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" As she screamed, space and time around her fractured for a moment and she disappeared. However, dark energy swirled around the area and her voice could still be heard. Laughing from everywhere. "You all call me Venturia, you all named me after the Galaxy, you all praise me as the one who guided this galaxy in its creation...YET EVERYONE CONTINUE TO CAUSE ME PAIN!" The skeletons charged at the Reaper again.
This time, they would not stay down as the strings would regrow quickly.
"YOU ARE THE ONES WHO ARE THE VILLAINS!"

"Something doesn't add up." Joe looked from Mima to Aion.
"How did you get here...?" Aion looked at Mima inquiringly. "Hitch hiking on one of the original Ships from Earth Billions of years ago? Spiritual passage of the afterlife or something?"

Each half of the line of guards separated to create a path for the Spartan. The Guard in the middle stayed and addressed the soldier. "This way sir." And with that he led him through the great halls and stair-cases. "I will bring you before the Venturian Council, where you can explain your case. The Council is the governing body of the entire Galaxy and has authority in all affairs. Standard protocol is to simply be polite and do not speak unless spoken to during the Session. You will most likely meet with only Lady Avonna, as to gather all Council members for one matter is irrelevant. Lady Avonna is the head of the Venturian Council. As a man of the military, I would assume you would understand how to address a leader of a government, correct?"

In truth, John never actually met the leaders of his government. More often than not, John was either on a ship, or the front lines, killing hundreds of Covenant. The last thing John wanted was to be imprisoned, simply for misaddressing a government leader.

"Correct. You could also address the Lady of the Council as Lady Avonna as well." They entered the Council room which was mid way up the tower. It was a massive hall which could make any cathedral seem insignificant. An oblong semi circle of seats ran across the back of the room, just below a massive window with a stained glass section in the middle with the depiction of Four knights. Each with different colored armor. one in silver, one in black, one in brilliant red, and the last one, a female, in ethereal blue. In between the four knights, was another girl with long blonde hair and black streaks running through it. she held her arms out and her eyes were closed as though floating on water.
In front of the mural of glass, was a throne which had a simple elegance in comparison to the rest of the room. In it sat what at first glance a human woman wearing an ornate white alabaster mask which covered her eyes and upper face along with an elegant white dress with a slight touch of blue which hung loose on her and having smooth black hair that seemed to be like that of obsidian. Upon further observation, one would notice the white butterfly wings that seemed almost transparent in nature.
Leading up to throne area were stairs than ran the width of the room. The floors of mosaic like tile were covered with a red carpet with gold trim on either side, which came well short of either wall to the sides. Trees and other vegetation dotted along the walls of the room.
The guard led John to an area just before the stairs in front of the woman. He bowed and left the room, with two guards closing the great doors behind him.
The woman smiled after a moment of silence. "The guard told you to wait until spoken to, didn't he? You do not need to follow those rules with me. Speak your mind."

John was a little surprised by the the lack of formality and the almost casual tone of Lady Avonna. It wasn't a bad thing, only unexpected. Despite that, John couldn't help but have a little amount of formality when addressing the woman before him.
"Well, Lady Avonna, I.. really don't know what to think. This is a very unusual situation. I was trying to travel back to my home planet, Earth, and ended up here because of a Slipspace Drive malfunction., John politely said to Lady Annova.
