Oh crap a new RPer that I have never seen before! {YES NEW BLOOD!!!}
SHUT UP MY MIND!!!
Anyways Mehum usually it doesn't take long to accept an app. First I (or someone I have put as a Mod of the RP) has to look at the app, read it thoroughly, then see if there is ANYTHING wrong with it at all.
Then it's my job (or like I said above, anyone I had put as a Mod of the RP) sees anything wrong with it we will let you know so you can change it. If there is NOTHING wrong with it then it will be accepted.
I personally see nothing really wrong with your app for Progan, so I'd say accepted! Just remember these basic rules:
1: Don't Meta-game (your character knowing information he should not ever know), or power-gaming/god-modding (take control of other people's characters or "NPC's" without permission/doing something like say: "Jason threw a sword at Billy with such precision that Billy was unable to avoid it, and Billy died." Please none of that thank you!)
2: Be Respectful to others!
3: Pay attention to what I or the Mods of the RP have to say! It may be important! (Oh and if you have not read the actual rules then please check them out! They can really help (maybe)!)
To add to what SUS said, the overall RP rules also apply (see the sticky at the top of the RP section)
And it's also wise to just talk with us in the General discussion. We plan things out there so it's best if you get into that habit, otherwise you might miss something.
There are no secretaries, or receptionists in the Dormitories.
Students get their room numbers within the Main Lobby of the Main Building where there are almost always 4-5 Receptionists waiting to help students.
Also each Dorm Room in the Male, and Female dorm's are not like your traditional dorm room's at college and all. They are almost like full fledged apartments.
Each "Dorm Room" contains 1 living room, 1 kitchen (provided with a free bundle of plates, cups, and silver ware), 3 small bedrooms, and 1 small bathroom that has a toilet, sink, and shower.
Lake is on campus, and it is not just School Property. On weekends students are allowed to swim, and hang out at the lake. It is actually slightly on/off campus.
