Okay... Uh.. I'm sorry but I will have to deny this app. Several things wrong with it.

One the concept is okay, I like it. The problem with it is that it clashes with quite a bit of stuff myself and others in the RP had planned in the future. The Headmaster Mr. Daichi does not have children, and was an only child himself (no adopted siblings.) No reports of an adopted family member.

Not only that but the war happened roughly 50-60 years ago and the Headmaster was born near the end of said great magical war. So it would be almost impossible for your character to have been around during the war unless he was not human or had access to life extending magic (which is rare for humans). Also even then he potentially had the "power to turn the tables of the war" would make his magic seem... really... powerful.
"Even in sparring his power is a force to be reckoned with" does make his power seem to be quite dangerous even in sparring.

I know I should add a bit more lore to the opening post of this RP, but a lot more info is going to be revealed in the future of the RP.

You should fix the Pravus, and Daichi family and stuff about the war, and provide more info on his magic itself because I am iffy on the raw power that his magic possesses.

I have to agree with SUSTIC as well. Ri sounds OP, even in a weakened state and I should know, I had to go through some issues before Zero's power was ok.

Yeah, general convention goes that you don't make characters that have ties to other people's characters without permission. Especially characters linked massively to the plot and backstory.
Example: Two people here have made characters with ties to my own, Trista. But they asked me about it before they made the characters and even allowed me to co-develop them. If they hadn't, I doubt they would have received my permission (despite the good ideas stemming from them).

When I saw child of Pravus, I knew that it was going to be immediately denied. No questions asked. Why?
1. They are plot related. 2. They were banned from using magic and the mages present in the war were stripped of their powers. 3. They belong to SUSTIC (and any staff members who may ever be given the prestige of doing some evil things with them).

Yes. TRXD is right. They are plot related, and making characters with ties to another person's characters are generally a very bad idea unless you have permission. I still say that being a member of the Pravus family is a bad idea because well... Almost all of the Pravus family was stripped, and banned from using magic (save for like one exception in the form of a "side-branch" of the Pravus Family.) So I would recommend taking out the ties to the Pravus family. Sorry...

Name: Friza Weisentod

Race: Looks human... is she?

Age: 18

Bio:

Hailing from the unforgiving frozen wasteland of northern peaks of Germany, Friza was born without a memory of her mother who left her mere weeks after giving birth. Instead, Friza was raised by her father: Igor, a hearty, muscular man who lived alone, raised moose, and carried timber to the nearest town 20 miles away and back every day to feed his family. This unforgivably amiable man allowed Friza anything she desired, but not magic. Never magic. He says those willy-wally tricks are best to be avoided of...

The more Igor prevented Friza from learning magic, the more curious Friza became, until one day Friza, 16, found a scroll that clearly looked magic in the house basement. Curious as to why something like this was in her house, Friza opened the scroll...

And disaster followed.

Friza was transformed from a normal girl to a mage who froze and withered anything she touched. Her potential in magic alone swept a bit of the forest apart with a violent snowstorm. This was the consequence of magic her father warned her about. When Igor returned to find that his daughter has changed, he instead tells of how Igor's wife... Friza's mother... was an ice witch infamous for killing countless lives for evil. Her name even now rings as legend... Glace the Frigid Fear. The scroll Friza opened was Glace's legacy: the scroll where she kept all her knowledge in magic as backup. With all the knowledge absorbed into her mind, Friza underwent some physical change as well to resemble her mother: cold blue hair, slanted, sharp eyes, and white skin paler than snow.

Unable to control her magic, Friza went through several berserk phases for the next month. Once, she nearly killed herself trying to invoke a blizzard on her own. Then, she unwillingly created an avalanche that prohibited entry or exit to the nearest town for a week. When her power became so great that a single berserk phase broke through a boulder the size of a truck, Igor kindly asked Friza to attend Trinity Soul University. Perhaps there Friza can find control over the violent nature of her magic... and maybe find something about her mother and herself...

Gender: Female

Element: Ice. She cannot use her ice magic without presence of water, but she can create snowstorms to create snow, which she can use to make ice. This of course takes a lot of mana (in the loosest term of word) and she seldom uses this method. She instead carries an aluminum water bottle.

Luggage: As she is from the north, Friza carries a lot of fur-related clothes. However, she does carry on herself some casual clothes fit for regular use. She will have to buy some more anyway...

Friza brought with her an aluminum water bottle that she almost always make sure it is full. This is what she uses to create her ice. As her power allows her to create a large amount of ice with a relatively small amount of water, this water bottle usually lasts her through an equally-matched battle or two.

Personality: As are most ice mages, Friza remains her cool even in comic situations. That doesn't really mean she is apathetic. As she was raised by Igor, one of the things Igor values the most is comradeship, and Friza definitely treats her friends right.

I guess I can put her up for NPC status, or up for "sale" anyone who wishes to use the character Jessica that once belonged to Neo then let me know.

Name: Jessica Dragonheat

Race: Water Dragon- A special species of dragons that are water based instead of fire based. They can fly like normal dragons, but they can't breathe fire. Instead they can fire strong torrents of boiling water from their mouths. In terms of endurance they are like that of a vampire, but they are not immortal. They also do not have the same regenerative abilities as a vampire. They can however live up to a few hundred years before death. They also have a more human form that is much weaker than their dragon form. They are relatively solitary species. Only interacting with other people of other races whenever they need something, or are just bored. They are also a ruthless race, and can be angered quite easily. Unlike other races that are non human they do not have enhanced senses. Only flight, and they ability to breathe underwater. Oh and don't forget water magic.

Age: 18

Bio: Jessica is relatively calm individual. Being born to a tribe of water dragons she is quite a bit of a hard case. Due to her tribe not having any more room in the village her birth parents gave her up to another Water Dragon couple in a village of water dragon outcasts. For years she grew up living with who she thought was her parents. When she became 17 she found out that her parents left her to live in a different village. A village that was considered 'bad' by others. Angered she thought that her parents didn't love her, and as such she just went on into the forest and started causing a rampage. She quickly calmed down, and decided to make herself stronger in order to prove to her real parents that she is worthy of living with them. Eventually she found out about Trinity Soul University, and decided to make it her goal to go there and become stronger... Oh and now that she is 18 she is allowed to marry (in fact by the law of her tribe she must now find a husband...)

Gender: Female

What Element/and or type of magic: Water Magic. She can use it to breathe underwater, and fire torrents of steaming hot water from her mouth, only problem. She hasn't actually learned how to fire the water torrent from her mouth, and as such she can only breathe piping hot jets of steam from her mouth. She can however breathe underwater because its a natural ability.

Luggage: Nothing except the clothes of her human form.

Dragon Form:

In her human form she stands at 5ft 8. In her dragon form she stands at 6ft 2. She only gets a minor boost in physical strength when in her dragon form. She does not get a boost of speed or anything when in her Dragon Form. It's just a minor enhancement.

Why did you come to the University?: To become stronger, and even find someone worthy enough to become her husband.

Personality: She is a bit quiet, and can be quite rude at times. Despite this she is very loyal, and will keep her word. Like most water dragons she has a bit of a anger problem. She is also a bit possessive over things, and even people. Especially someone she falls in love with. If she falls in love with someone, and deems said person worthy she will try and force the man to become her husband. At her current age she is old enough to marry by dragon standards.

Yeah well I should have specified it even though I did say in the one post that I was putting Neo's old char Jessica up for "Sale".

Anyways here is the reworked version of Mega's Character app Benjirou:

Name: Benjirou "Benji" Fumitaka

Race: Human.

Age: 21

Bio: Benjirou or "Benji" for short is your typical everyday guy. At a young age Benji was often laughed at, and bullied in his early years of Middle School. By the time he was in high school he became quite a pacifist, and a push over. Even when he discovered his magic he was still quite a pacifist. As his mother even told him that he shouldn't get into fights, whether he has magic or not. She told him that if he were to ever get into an actual fight with a bully or something he should just turn the other cheek or inform a law enforcement. When he does so he usually ends up getting pummeled even more.

Now he is 21, and had just arrived at the University...

Gender: Male

What Element/and or type of magic: Water Magic - Manipulation. With his magic he is capable of manipulating the flow of water, but it still takes tremendous amounts of magic for him to do so. However Benji is somewhat different in the fact that his water magic is also tied to his emotions in the sense that the more annoyed/angered he gets the more potent his magic becomes.

Luggage: His white jacket, a gold wristwatch, a bag full of extra clothes, a bag of chips, cell phone, and a small flask of whiskey which his father secretly packed into his bag while Benji wasn't looking. After his father does say "He's a man now, and every man must carry around a flask of alcohol to prove his manliness!" Benji still is unaware of this flask.

Appearance: He stands at a average 6ft 2.

Why did you come to the University?: Even though he has magical abilities he does not wish to use his magic all too much. Yet his father who is also a water mage had forced him to attend the University. Something of which Benji does not like one bit.

Personality: He is your Average Joe for the most part. Nothing all to special about him, but there isn't anything bad about him either. Benji since a young age has always been quite a push over, gullible, and a bit naive for he is quite easily fooled or tricked into doing things that he normally wouldn't do. On top of this he isn't the wisest guy, for he usually makes foolish or idiotic decisions especially during times of stress, and this does make him seem more clumsy than he normally is. He usually just goes along with whatever his friends are doing, and usually remains quiet. He also does not really speak unless spoken too or unless he has a question to ask. Not only that but he is also quite kind, especially to women. Mostly because his mother told him to be kind, and respectful towards women.

Even though he is a bit of a pacifist (does not actually fight, nor does he condone violence.) It is possible to push him over the edge. Mostly by doing something incredibly rude or obnoxious towards a woman, or flat out harming a girl in his presence which greatly upsets him to the point of anger due to how his mother raised him. If you ever do so happen to "disgrace" or even just harm a woman when he is around you can actually trigger his anger, in which his magical power goes a little out of control.

Hello everyone, sorry for not posting here on the RP. It is just because

1: Been busy lately with work.

2: Got back from a small vacation.

3: Have been waiting and trying to think for something to happen. Like I have been waiting for Trista to get into the right spot in the RP to post with Carina, and Charlotte is naturally asleep during the day. So she is kind of locked until night. So yeah kind of stuck with what I have planned.

I'm saying this because I am afraid of that one rule that if you do not post for 1 week without letting the GM or Mod know as to your reasons for not possibly posting that your character will get expelled. Even though I did inform others (mostly TRXD with what I have planned, and Sustic for what I have planned. So yeah...)
