It appeared that Sha Yun only recently woke up. So recently that she could not tell if Lynne was in or not. Either Lynne was somewhere around campus or that she was in her room and Sha Yun didn't check. If Trista had caught onto that, she might have even attempted to ask as to why Sha Yun didn't check. But due to her mood, the words flew straight over her head and weren't thought over further. Right now, Trista just wanted to get Lynne here and then show the two girls Cygnus.
"Oh, ok. I'll check her room to see if she's in there." Trista cheerily replied. Trista walked up to what seemed to be Lynne's bedroom door. Trista opened with a half-brisk pace and looked over to see if Lynne was in there and what she might be doing.
"Lynne? Are you here?" Trista called into the room.

It didn't look like the man hesitated at all. He looked a little at her legs, but they all did. If there were only some way she could prevent that too. "Thanks" she said as she quickly got inside. When she was inside she found the elevator. Guessing from her room number, she was going to the second floor. Once she finally got to her room she turned the key and walked in. It seemed like her two roommates had already arrived, although none of them were there at the moment. It was fine anyway, then she could just unload everything and take a look around.

There, crouched at the corner of the bed, was Lynne.

There, surrounding Lynne's frail body, were drawings of twisted creatures incantated into smaller-than-life existence... Ogres with still relatively huge bodies, Wraiths emitting cold aura, Zombied with rotting flesh... But one particular monster was so horrible that there were no words to describe it other than..

There displayed before Trista the darkest of night.

Eternal night with no moon to guide those in the darkness.

Dorm 304B - TSU Male Dormitories | Noon

Hannah sighed at what Jason was doing. "Fine just hurry up though. If we don't find my body parts soon, then I won't be able to reconnect to my limbs... and torso... then I'll die... We have approximately one day to do so. So just hurry up. I think I feel my torso being set down on a table or desk or something..."


Training Grounds

"Judging by your weapons... and that look of yours then you must have sufficient skill to make use of such tools of killing..." Hajime said as he got in an offensive stance. "Now shall we start? Or do you not wish to fight... I warn you... I will not hold back..." He said as his voice sounding... different. It sounded like three different voices talking at once. That of a little kid, that of a young woman, and that of a grown man on top of his own voice. Suddenly his skin, and clothes became as black as the night as he also gained a slight red outline. Afterwards a pair of black raven like wings grew out of his back.


"Now... shall we begin?"

As Trista gazed into the room, she saw some of the most unfathomable horrors before her. Ogres, wraiths and zombies. All of them completely horrific and deathly realistic. Did Lynne create these? It seemed the only logical explanation considering that they did not attack her and they were only present in her room. Trista didn't know how to react. She wanted to know what was up with Lynne but at the same time, she didn't like the look of these creatures. Even if they are merely Lynne's drawings. But just as Trista was about to approach Lynne, there it was. The most horrific of them all. One that could only be described as darkness itself. A night without its moon or its stars. Only the empty void. Trista stared at it in absolute terror. Almost nothing could possibly scare Trista more than what she saw before her. Almost nothing.
Trista stood where she was. Frozen in complete fear. Her muscles unresponsive and fixed in place. Her voice incapable of any form of speech. The only thing audible from Trista were her minute attempts at speaking out and the common whimper of fear.
"Sh... Sha... Sha..." Trista attempted to say but the words could not come out. Not to mention that they weren't too quiet to be heard by anyone. Tears began to stream down Trista's face as she tried again and again to call out. She did not know what to do or what she could do.

"SHA YUN!!!" Trista cried out as she dropped to floor. Trista took a defensive position, curling up into a ball, while the monsters in the room continued to move around. Trista closed her eyes and attempted to shut out all that were around her. The tears did not stop nor did her crying. What she had seen far beyond Trista's comprehension but at the same time, she knew all too well what it meant.

"Aiya, what wrong?" Sha Yun ran over to check on Trista and she, too, witnessed the horror... But to her it was different.

The horror that Sha Yun saw actually had a shape and form. This beast had giant purple bead for an eye that was fixated on the carved-out skull of an unknown creature. Three deep purple tendrils squirmed around Lynne... Sort of like a protective shield.

"Aiyeeeee!" Sha Yun cried in fear, but her courage and desire to protect her friends got the better of her as she flew into the room with a flying side kick towards the Eye monster. The monster dissipated as soon as Sha Yun entered the room in a rather dynamic entry, and so were the other monsters drawn by Lynne.

As Trista cried to herself on the floor, she heard Sha Yun speak out. Asking what was wrong. Of course, Trista would have naturally pointed out the horrors and told Sha Yun about them. But the horrors were too much for Trista and she couldn't even talk. Shortly afterwards, Trista could then hear what could either Sha Yun's own reaction to the horrors or some kind of battle cry. Trista hoped for the latter. If even Sha Yun was afraid of these things, then it was bad. Really bad. Following the yell, Trista heard a thump. Either of something falling to the floor or merely hitting it. And then silence. Trista couldn't hear the horrors nor did Sha Yun say anything. Were they gone? Did Sha Yun dispel them or did Lynne take notice and dispel them herself? Worse yet, it could merely be that the lesser horrors were gone but the major one, the darkness, was still there. After all, darkness does not have a sound. It is merely a concept.
"Are... Are they gone?" Trista tried her hardest to say amongst her crying. Her voice was very quiet and had completely deteriorated from the crying. Why did Trista leave Cygnus outside? If he were here, Trista wouldn't have had to fear the horrors. She at least would have him by her side in this.

Finally finding a large book on necromancy, Aaron began to skip through it, attempting to figure out how this arm is still moving and some way to trace it to its origin. He kept an eye on the arm, which continued to crawl around the library floor.

Dorm 304B - TSU Male Dormitories | Noon

Jason was thinking about finishing his lunch, but when Hannah mentioned how she would die if she did not get her body parts together, Jason promptly stopped eating and looked at Hannah.

"I'm sorry.", Jason said, apologizing about him thinking about food when Hannah's life hung in the balance.

Jason knew it wasn't his fault, but he felt as if an apology was warranted, even if he didn't know about the severity of her situation.

"Let's find your parts.", Jason calmly said to Hannah as he picked her up off the table and held her out in front of himself.





Training Grounds

Azeruk was a little surprised by the suddne change, but he didn't show it. Instead, Jason simply gave a very faint, barely noticeable smile. At least this battle would be interesting. Just then, Azeruk closed his eyes and took a slow breath as the light around him darkened even more. Little did anyone know that this entire time, Azeruk was charging up and storing light magic within himself. He was going to use it on training dummies, but this would be much more interesting. After Azeruk opened his eyes, he got into a combat stance and readied himself for battle.

"Let's.", Azeruk calmly said as he waited for the man to try and strike him.

"Yes... It gone now..." Sha Yun said to Trista as she looked around for potential threats. Detecting none, Sha Yun opened the curtains to let in the daylight: the daylight that dispelled the darkness in the room, but not the darkness in Lynne's heart.

Slowly and very cautiously, Trista rises out of her curled-up position and stands back up only to then rush to Sha Yun and grab onto her. Even if the horrors had gone, Trista still had them in her mind. She was afraid that they might return.
"I... I'm scared, Sha Yun. That... That thing, I can't... I don't want to even think about it!" Trista said to Sha Yun as she continued to grab onto her. At this point, Trista's tears had stopped but judging by her voice, she was still afraid. But thinking about the horrors, what on earth was that all about? Why did Lynne make them? Was there something wrong with her? Last time, Trista saw Lynne was when the two of them were with Cygnus. Of course, Trista accidentally got lost in the moment and forgot that she left Lynne. What on earth between that time? Was it something about Trista and Cygnus that struck Lynne? Or was it something else?
"What do you think those... those horrors were about? Wh-What's going on?" Trista asked.

"You were with her, no?" Sha Yun asked back as she stepped away. "Aiya, it be best if we ask Lynne what's wrong."

It was true. Lynne was with Trista only a few minutes ago and Sha Yun only recently woke up. Of course Sha Yun wouldn't have much of an idea. The only logical thing was to ask Lynne as to what was wrong and why she was drawing these horrors. Trista gently let go of Sha Yun and stepped cautiously towards Lynne. She did not want to provoke anything or do anything that caused Lynne to draw more horrors. Right now, Trista just wanted to know what was with Lynne and to stop any more horrors from being drawn. She didn't care about showing the girls to Cygnus right now. The only thing that mattered was the safety of Lynne and anyone else that could be affected.
"Lynne...? Lynne, it's me. Trista. I- Erm... Look, I... I'm sorry for leaving you behind earlier. I-Is something the matter? Do you want to... erm... talk... about it?" Trista cautiously and half-worriedly asked Lynne. Trista had no idea what was going on or what was going to happen next. For all Trista knew, another horror could just appear right behind them and take them out. Trista hoped that Lynne had stopped drawing horrors by now, or at least stopped animating them.

Lynne raised her head only to expose her eyes and stared at Trista with her black eyes. No tears were shed from the eyes, and no fears were evident.

"..." Lynne tilted her head to the side, as if she didn't know exactly what Trista was talking about.

With a peculiar gaze and head tilt, Trista could see that either Lynne did not understand Trista's questions or that she did not know what she was talking about. This in turn confused Trista. If Lynne was not upset, what was the matter? Why did she draw those horrors? With that little oddity, Trista tried to get to the point and find some way to ask Lynne about what was going on.
"I... Erm... I just- Erm... I saw that you were busy in your room and... and..." Trista kept trying to say in voice of false authority and curiosity but she couldn't keep this up much longer. She was lying and partially acting, and she couldn't use this to get to Lynne. It just wasn't in Trista's nature. "I'm so sorry, Lynne! I can't lie! I tried to speak to you but... but your drawings... your drawings, they... they..." Trista tried so hard to explain what was going on and ask to why it was happening but Trista just broke down. She couldn't bring herself to talk about it. She didn't want to offend Lynne by saying that her drawings were horrors and that they greatly frightened her. She didn't want to upset Lynne nor did she want to provoke the drawing of more horrors.
