Occupation: Pilot and a little bit of engineer.

Bio: He was an ex-war veteran along with his brother, Jenkins 'Jekyll' Mercedes. He and his brother created an Arm Slave that was meant as a counter to other Arm Slaves without killing the inside pilot. However, he and his brother were assaulted at the base. Luckily, no one was killed, but there were many injuries. Hector had his arm crushed, but his brother was severely damaged and was crippled in the process. Later in the years, Hector began an Arm Slave Battle Arena to pay off his brother's hospital bill. He is known as an eccentric Arm Slave enthusiast who cannot seem to be beaten. He has a prosthetic arm that has a small computer imbedded. The finger tips have concealed circuits that can attach themselves to an electronic device, improving a device's overall rate of efficiency by 20%.

Personality: Eccentric. Think your eccentric uncle.

Skills: A specialist in close quarters combat and is a minor engineer. Can install weapons but cannot repair a robot.

Other: you can talk to him at any time if you want (don't be surprised if you're patted down for weapons before meeting him). But if you want to fight him, you have to beat everyone in the championships.

Specialty: When concealed in smoke and camouflaged, he is not to be seen at any circumstance. Even with infrared vision it would be hard to see anything in the smoke. To defeat him, you need, like, really fast reflexes. Not saying it's impossible, though...

Arm Slave AI personality: calm and caring, like a brother.

Arm Slave Equipment: two guns. One fires tracking devices and the other fires electric decommissioner (meaning if you get hit by a certain amount, lights out for your mecha. It will be fine, but for that moment, it's decommissioned).

Notes: The robot has a semi-AI system, meaning that it can switch from manual to automatic piloting efficiently. But people say there is something strange about the AI system; that it is way too advanced to be an AI and that it's like there is another person controlling it...(dotdotdot...)

I merged all my apps into one. Now waiting for approval. I was also wondering about something for the second WIP arm slave. It's supposed to have a slight degree of the flow of time around it like turning back time 5 seconds or freezing time for 5 seconds. Would that be okay?

What would you guys say would be the heat tolerance of the Arm Slaves?

I want to add plasma-based weaponry into the wrists of the Arm Slave, but I don't want to incinerate people on the first shot.

I'm back, and S1 about that... well let's see... Plasma is super freaking hot, and even though Titanium is still used (despite Alien contact having been made, none of the Mechon tech was salvaged) Titanium is now more modified when using Mech's to resist heat. On top of that but there is a special alloy that is usually added on top of the outer layer of an Arm Slave's armor that helps it resist heat going into the thousands. Though that just protects the armor from heat.

They're accepted, but the time flow altering one might be a bit op maybe...

Plasma Lasers are anywhere from 10^6 to 10^7 degrees Kelvin.

Now I need to think of a post for the IC...
