It makes me wonder what Shikieiki's power is.
Can she nullify everyone's power so that she can judge them without fear of being attacked?

Then again, it was inevitable that Shikieiki would be good. She's not evil or anything, and it would have only been a matter of time until the Neo-Yakuza's facade would fall. Sooner or later, she would have seen the signs that something wasn't quite right, that something didn't quite add up. She would probably then nuke the entire base and be on a guilt trip for helping the Neo-Yakuza commit evil.
