(Like with what I said for Model A, Ocelot would gain the armor that Atlas (female character in the pic) is wearing. Except slightly modified to fight Ocelot's body.

Model F the Flame Mega Man is based off of Fefnir, one of the Four Guardians that served "Master X" (originally the real X, but was then replaced by Copy X when the original X sealed himself, along with the Dark Elf away.)
Like Fefnir Model F is a bit hot-headed and loves to fight. Despite this he is very brave and loyal to whomever he serves. With this Biometal the user will gain two powerful cannons that fire very powerful (and pretty quick) shots from the cannons. Due to a special system of Model F it is possible to control where the shots go by setting a preset path. When the cannons are charged they can fire either a powerful, but short ranged fireball or a powerful explosive.

Model F also allows one to set mines on the ground which explode after a minute. If one charges one of the cannons and aims it right at the ground and fires a fireball at the ground at point-blank it will create a small wave of fire that travels the ground. It also increases the users strength to impressive levels, allowing the user to punch through solid concrete. Mobility is pretty basic, increased speed, jump height, and a dash feature. In overdrive mode the default shots from the cannons will set enemies on fire, however Overdrive drains energy from the user.

Sounds like Ocelot. Well then,.time to find the many ways I can OP the exoskeleton...

It basically involves the person getting engulfed in a vortex of flames that lasts for a few seconds. The flames when MegaMerging do nothing and are only aesthetic.

Ocelot is not impressed. His expression might match this. -_-

I was referring to the reaction Ocelot gave at the encounter. But still, I imagine him freaking out during the megamerge.

Well, while I'm showing, can you give some kind of visual representation of Phantom's attack? If not, don't worry. I can use my imagination.

I can't find a picture as these attacks with Phantoms Armed Phenomenon form are completely made up. Yes it is stated that Phantom has one, but since he died in Zero 1, and the Armed Phenomenon forms for the guardians appeared in Zero 2, a game where Phantom wasn't there because he was dead.

It is stated that he has one, and their is concept art for it like what I posted. It lists a few attacks where he launches his wings at his opponent, and one where he goes into a large kunai like form to attack the enemy.

This attack is his finisher attack where his opponent is surrounded by intense black flames which makes it almost impossible to escape, then the flames start to form a vortex around the opponent while a large drill that's on fire comes crashing down from directly above.
