Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Oh just a large demon in Devil May Cry, and it's insides serve as one of the stages in the game.
Leviathan is a hybrid creature that was sealed along with the Temen-Ni-Gru (a large tower that was a gate way to the demon world that Vergil had unsealed), having features of a whale and an eel. It uses its three eel-like tails to swim through the air as if it were water. Though its mouth resembles that of a baleen whale, it has sharp teeth, a feature exclusive to toothed whales. To give one a sense of perspective, Dante can fit inside of its eye and still walk around.

John would be that guy with the god-awful driving that takes out an entire city block.:p
As for Fallout, I have a feeling he would either get in a lot of fights with the Brotherhood, or they would gladly team up with him, depending on the Chapter (for those that don't know, Chapter = Brotherhood division). He would most likely dominate the wasteland with his superior armor and weaponry.

I didn't say I was going to introduce the Leviathan. I'm not even planning on introducing the Leviathan. I said I was just wondering what it would be like if I introduced the Leviathan. I don't even want to introduce Leviathan. I mean don't we already have a large ass dragon in the RP? (*cough* Grima *cough*.) I don't want to introduce another large ass creature.
Besides it would most likely be in the Demon World until Mundus or some other powerful demon released it.
