    DiZ basically made a backdoor that he can use at any time when he made HM.

      Im back, Rebeca was sent out of the hospital today and I went to help her in her home, but now im back

          It's basically the same as coping the keys to somebody's house. The person that have the copied the keys have free access to the house.

                      It's not like he's looking at him the entire time. In fact he'll for most part be busy with other stuff. He is automatically notified if John is about to break in any way, but that's about it.
                      He have to be actively looking if he want to see what is going on.

                      EDIT:It's like an interactive security camera.
