So in total, there is...

Huey, Jason, John, Isaac, Nyan Cat, Renamon, possibly Nera, Yukari, Rumia, Patchouli, Voltar (I think that's his name), Vinnie, X, Alia, probably Zero, Dr. Wily and friends, and DiZ.

And then there's the announcer in the jar silently cursing at his boredom and inability to talk.
