Patchouli wavered a little, but her will was firm: the book is dangerous, and she is going to stop these foolish humans from killing themselves.
"You humans don't understand! Grimoire in that caliber cannot be handled like regular books! If you are not going to give it to me, I'll take it by force!"
"Prepare the book preservation magic." Patchouli ordered to Koakuma. "I'm using Normal Mode cards."
"N- Normal Mode?" Koakuma asked in disbelief. "But won't that decapitate the armor on that man-"
"That man is a Spartan. His armor requires someone of my caliber to use Hard Mode, but I'm not trying to kill him; I'm trying to get the tome back."
"Understood, Patchouli-sama." Koakuma nodded, and scurried along to the center of the library.
Honolulu National Hotel, Hawaii
"Here we are." Nitori announced as she opened the door. "Room 506."
The suite room 506 was a large room with everything you would expect from a luxury house, and some more. On one side of the hotel was a kitchen with oven, microwave, sink, and stove. On the other side was two king-sized bed. A large empty space of marble and a Jacuzzi inhabited the center, with clear plexiglass windows covering the entire suite.
"So cool!" Nitori exclaimed as she pranced across the room, exploring every option of entertainment she can have.

"You have no idea." Patchouli let go of the arcane energy swirling around her, aborting the spell cards. Then, she strolled across the library towards John and snatched the tome, opened it, and shoved it to John's face.
"Here, can you even read this?" Patchouli asked John, asking him if he can read anything on the tome, which was empty.

Using his inhuman reflexes, John snatched the tome back, and spoke in a dead serious tone.
"Who said I was going to be the one reading it? Knowing Gensokyo, it's probably magically invisible. On top of that, I'm going to pretend you didn't just show me absolute disrespect by shoving that book in my face. If you do that again, I won't be as forgiving."

Patchouli started coughing and wheezing as if she was going to die.
"Patchouli-sama!" Koakuma ran towards Patchouli with an asthma breather. "If you overexert yourself like that, one day you might really die!"
"You... You are right... Koakuma." Patchouli weakly spoke through the breather mask. "Please... Koakuma, take this... gentlemen... and the tome... explain to him about it..."
"U- understood!" Koakuma let Patchouli lean to her, and they both walked to the deeper part of the library. Koakuma turned around to say: "Please wait right there with the tome!"
