    @Cucoo

Well... That raises more questions than answers.

      Yeah...
Mus and Minume are more comic relief. Their appearance is purely comical. I've been meaning to have a character have a Mus as a pet and figured Selene would work.

This has gotten me thinking on Selene in terms of TSU. I might give her a Mus there too.

P.S. They can fly by pulling a kirby style puff up and using folds of skin like a flying squirrel.

        Ok.

        Maybe we should draw it.

As for Selene, she does give that sort of "normal" vibe. You can feel it in the dialogue and subtle actions.

          Eternal Galaxy Project

The Mus is actually inspired by an old mouse drawing I would use to create comics with.

Of course I took what I drew and imagined it a bit more realistic anatomy.

The cartoon drawing is easy to replicate. Draw a squiqly circle for body and fur, a triangle with a big dot at the end for a nose, two arcs for ears, a curl for a tail, and two vertical lines for eyes.

When I imagine a more realistic version I think of a big fat white furry body, legs not normally visible, a wide and long black face that also is the nose, pink mouse nose at the end. The eyes are positioned in such a way that makes it look derpy, and then it has a pink mouse tail. And it's the size of ... A melon (slightly smaller than a human head). It often sits upright and opens its mouth wide making its signature "Muuuuuuuuur" sound.

And yeah...that's what I was afraid of with Selene....
Normal is hard... But that's what she is...

Well if it makes you feel better, I think you were dead on with her.

The hard part is describing her for the app...
She's mostly normal excluding her ability... Her origins is what's special but...

For the TSU app I would need to use her origins instead of the scenario i just wrote.

What part is especially hard to describe? Her personality?

If so, then you could say that many would regard her as your average girl, save for her being the daughter of chronomages.

That would work for that... But it's more her bio that irks me.

Correction... Just figured out how to do it...

Ok Figured out Selene, her ability, Aion's ability, The "Beast of Time," Fissures of Time, and the story behind Aion's scar... which I've never seen a point of bringing it up until now.

So let's recap a few details before I machinegun my way through the connections

First, The concept of Fissures: These rifts in time are formed by the entity that resembles time itself, and due to its nature, is referenced as a "Beast." Fissures are tears that would eventually heal, however they leave a scar. It is possible to create new Fissures through technology in the form of Rift Gates.
Second, the concept of Promethean blood granting a variation of the host's ability. Aetheron, Erebos, Sol, and Luna all took a sample of Aion's blood in an attempt to get a strain that would allow them to calm the Beast of Time so that the fissures do not destroy time and space in the galaxy. (Sol and Luna were indirect as they took theirs from Erebos and Aetheron respectively.)
Third, Selene has the ability to see closed Fissures of Time, which would mean she can see the "scars."
Fourth, Aion's ability allows him to command the Beast of Time, the very thing that creates the Fissures.

Now if we look at Selene's and Aion's abilities we notice one thing in common: Fissures.
Fissures tie to the Beast of Time.
Now the same can be said about Aetheron's and Erebos's abilities.
                    But something got me thinking....
The one time I referenced the Maribel|Yukari theory in relation to Selene's ability... made me think that "If seeing the fissures is just the infant stage of her ability... then controlling them would be the advanced stage."
                    Controlling Fissures of Time.
Now Aetheron is capable of opening and closing Fissures at will. But he can't control the fissures themselves.
Aion on the other hand, is capable of doing just that. Purely because he commands the Beast itself.
Aion, the Master of Time is capable of controlling the Fissures of Time.

An obvious connection I can make here is that Selene's ability and Aion's ability are one in the same.
How could this be? Well we now go back to Selene's heritage: Sol and Luna. Between the two of her parents, Luna has the closest matching ability to what Selene has. So when Luna and Sol's abilities mixed, they could have produced a child with the ability... But that doesn't really mesh. Sol's ability is even further from Aion's than any of the four. That leaves the following explanation: Becaus of Sol and Luna's human blood, any abilities might not have been passed on. So how did Selene get any abilities if she wasn't born with it? The answer is Revere. Selene was taken to Sedes Imperii by Revere because someone had to have taken Selene away from the Manor of Eternity. Knowing Revere's true identity as being Aion, that could have been a chance where for Selene to be injected with Aion's blood, therefore granting her an ability. Now she might not have been born with any abilities, but a chance that she was mutated slightly by her parents possessing Promethean blood could exist. So when Aion injected Selene with his blood, she might have retained the actual strain of his ability. Thus she gained that ability to command time.

But going back to the Maribel|Yukari concept, she might not have the ability to command time yet.

Now to look at Aion's scars.
A new origin for these scars might be tied to this concept that a Master of Time does not start out as such. Knowing that Time itself is a beast, Aion could have spent years of training with his ability before he could attempt to use the ability to see fissures as a means to try and tame the beast of time. The scars Aion has is from him challenging the Beast and subduing it.
Now could Selene do the same? Most likely not. And it has to do with the physical attributes of Prometheos (Or actually, Aion is a Caeles hybrid but I'm going to keep referring to him as Prometheos for now.) in comparison to Humans. Prometheos have a much longer lifespan than Humans, granting Aion the ability to train for hundreds of thousands of years. Selene, on the other hand, has decades. Could Selene expand her vision to actually being able to interact with Fissures? Most likely. That could come more naturally than using them for combat, which Selene has zero experience in terms of fighting through Fissures.

So at the end, Selene is a second Master of Time, but she is not official, for she would need to tame the Beast of Time.

Since Selene is, by blood, a Master of Time, and Aion is a Master of Time, their child would retain the traits and become also a Master of Time.

Now the next thing to look at here is the Artifacts of Heaven's Forge that deal with time manipulation: Iris and Aeternitas.
Iris is tied to Aion by blood. In addition, it could also contain the blood of the Beast of Time, therefore granting it the ability to rend time. Aeternitas might actually be similar, except containing only the blood of the Beast.
So Iris is capable of rending space and time with accuracy, while Aeternitas just manipulates space and time.

...ok how can I translate this revelation to TSU...?

Two of the set of Artifacts of Heaven's Forge.
Iris is one of three swords.
                        Mercurius, Arke, and Iris.
Iris is the most powerful of the three, and the concept of being imbued with blood of Aion and the beast would explain the source of its power.
Aeternitas is the pocket watch that Selene recovers. Not as potent as Iris but its power is derived from blood as well.

Now it's reminding me of an old TF2 concept. Maybe you would like the design?

Though I will say, blood is the most impractical fuel to use for anything.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

                            I'll think on that notion...

Also the blood is less a fuel and more a material crafted into them.

It actually does have a face. It's more like a light up thing, though. As seen here.

And for the blood thing, that's still a bit strange.

                                Ah...

But yeah, the blood does seem strange but I think it might be a property of Corlaviri crystals: to absorb and convert blood into Aura Energy...
...actually that made me think of a way to explain artificial crystals that do contain Aura energy instead of Gaia...
