Hmmm...

Well, you could probably say that Richter comes across the Longsword spar and thinks it's a real fight. If not, then I might be able to set up a chance meeting with one of the Spartans, like some remnants of the Neo-Yakuza (with Wriggle's permission), or PALADIN are trying to set up shop, or are looking for Characters. Depending on the situation, the Spartan would aid Richter in the battle, and would take him to Prometheus Labs for questioning afterward.

Which scenario would you like?

Battery is secure, AC adapter has been charging it so it is at 100%. My hunch is that either the power button is broken or one of the hardware is.

That might be the case.

Do you have a lot of dust up where you live? If that's the case, then it really could be dust. It's a common problem with my computer, so I have to blow it all out after a couple weeks. it also happened with my dad's laptop.

If not, then it could be the problems you mentioned.

Ok. Just remember that there are chain link fences with barbed wire at the top. Richter could probably cut through the fence. There's also security, but I'll make it easy for you. :p
