UVB-76 is a strange radiowave that beeps 25 times every minute, 24 hours, 365 days. The beeping has only been stopped 3 times. Every time it stopped, it was followed by a cryptic Russian message.

The messages aren't recorded, however, as you can hear conversations in the background.

The plot's a little choppy and confusing at times, but hey, I'm a sucker for a good Supernatural manga.

So, some of their villians will be stylized and appear as boss-level quality.
