AETHER armor existed prior to when I made it here (and it was meant to be for Mechs) and Aion did have an AI that he used in his fighter that follows him like a Navi. Her name I do not have technically, though I was thinking on codenaming her TINA.
So what I was doing in IS was something I was planning on doing. Except in stead of a full sized holographic AI, it was to be like a little fairy.
*Inspiration: LoZ crossed over with futuristic concepts yield similar things.

Does augmenting his legs via special boots so that no blood flows through them and only a synthetic material does forcing the blood from going down to them count?
Its sort of the same concept of the pilots suits...If you know what I mean...
...actually the only technical super soldiers are the Alpha Division...which I never developed beyond being the perfect soldiers.
Actually, does being an almost immortal mercenary count?
EDIT: I actually want opinions on my list of endings.
I was brief on them but, primarily, Kiara's ending that exists for SIF...thoughts?

As for the leg augmentations, it reaches a fine line between supersoldier and human, but it might just place him into cyborg. That would be like calling Fox from "Star Fox" a supersoldier. He has a very similar augmentation, or at least from what I've gathered about him from the old games.
