Oh, yea. The only real way to kill him, as shown before, is to completely and unexpectedly shut down his current body before A. He finds a new form to manifest or B. he finds a way to send an EM wave towards another electronic.

The computer system is pretty isolated and DiZ is pretty much god there anyway. He can do anything, including deleting HM.
