Biometals:
Biometal H Model H, the Wind Mega Man, is based off Harpuia with his double blades and a wide range of sonic and electricity attacks. It grants the Enemy Analyzing ability, allowing the user to see an enemy's name and remaining health, as well as the location of Biometal fragments in Pseudoroids. He is like Harpuia, quiet and reserved. He is loyal to who he serves.
Biometal L: Model L, the Ice Mega Man acquires Leviathan's abilities, designed for underwater combat, including the dual-headed staff and projectile attacks. Its Searching ability produces a light which homes in on nearby items. Playful, and could get a too obsessed in a fight (like getting too carried away in a fight.) Tends to treat things with a Happy-go-lucky attitude.
Biometal F: Model F, the Flame Mega Man possesses Fefnir's capabilities of ground combat, fire knuckles and flame/bomb shots, and is good in both long-ranged and melee combat. The Buster Edit allows shots to go in any planned direction, but with a limit on the length of the path. A bit on the hot-headed side, loves fighting (more importantly loves clean and fair fights) Despite this he is quite loyal.
Biometal P: Model P, the Shadow Mega Man hides Phantom's soul inside, features knife-throwing and shuriken attacks, with ninja-like movements and abilities. Its Night Scope allows the user to directly target on-screen enemies with a kunai, even through obstacles, as well as simply see the whereabouts of all immediate threats. Quiet, and emotionless. Like Phantom he is quite loyal, and sticks to what he thinks is right. He would also be the hardest to actually get to use (due to the fact that I'm going to make it where one would literally have to prove oneself.)
Biometal A: Based on designs by Albert, NOT Axl contrary to popular belief, is capable of using A-Trans to transform into any defeated enemy and use its attacks, and was created by Albert. Like Axl Model A is a bit cocky, and could get a little trigger happy. Though Model A does mean well.
Model O: Literally NONE is known about this one's personality as it's just an extra Biometal to obtain in the games. (I will choose who gets this Biometal due to it's strength.)

So who do you think should get which Biometal later on?
Also I thought of the perfect thing for Biometal Model O
Biometal Model O is based off of Omega, a powerful Reploid who's mind was put into Zero's original body. A very powerful Biometal which one must prove itself in a fight against the ghost of Omega. Model O itself does not have a personality itself, but it does take a personality of it's own when Mega Merged with someone. When Megamerged the person it's megamerged to gains added power, but loses control of oneself. You would need an extremely powerful will to overcome it, and successfully control it. It's also physically draining on the user, due to it's power being too strong for one to handle.
Even someone physically strong like Wesker would feel fatigued, and pain after using Model O (if he were to use it.) The toll on one's body only takes effect after reverting back to their normal form. This makes Model O incredibly powerful, but also incredibly dangerous.
So what do you think?
