Well, the closest possible world would probably be Gensokyo, considering that it's on the planet now.
That being said, you could just walk right in.
Another dimension would be Resident Evil. It takes place on Earth, so it's almost right next to it.
The second easiest dimension to travel to would be Digimon, seeing as how travel to that dimension has happened before, only with another Earth.
There's also Metal Gear and Serious Sam.
These would all be the absolute closest dimensions.

Ohei Wriggle. We're just discussing that given the time that Neo-Yakuza has been around, they would have made a portal to a low level dimention, such as Hyrule of LoZ: OoT.
