[OOC Board] - All the World's a Game

I'm thinking that Komachi would be able to get the whole DMC group over to the Consumer, especially with the death of Yuuka looming in the air. She would be able to tell. I was hoping to let Dante in by phone call, but it would be awkward if John just whips out a message right in the middle of battle. I think the Komachi option would be best. She could simply use her boat to get there.

That's what I was thinking to. I also thought that Dante would give John the Pandora as a whole "thanks for saving the freaking world Mr. Hero!" gift after the Devourer Arc is over. Though John would still have to prove himself to the Pandora before he could use it. I also imagine that each of those previous forms would be unlocked as John proves himself.

How would he go about proving himself?

The Pandora would end up putting John through several tests. Like for one the Pandora would open itself up and begin releasing a powerful energy that would be strong enough to push John back and deplete his shields. If John manages to get to it and close the Pandora then John would gain access to Epidemic. As well as several other tests.

I don't think John would have too hard a time with that test. he weighs 1,400 pounds. Even more with all the guns he carries.:p

What are the other tests? Is it a secret for later?

Well I'm thinking. I have to think almost 99% of these tests to be specifically aimed towards John. Also the force of the test I mentioned to obtain the Epidemic would be strong enough to push John back quite significantly. The tests would get more dangerous with each one. If John were to fail one he would be at risk of taking extensive damage to his body and soul. The last test to unlock PF666: Omen (which before this test John or anyone except someone of Demonic blood wouldn't be able to open the Pandora to activate Omen) would be so dangerous that if John fails he would well... sort of die...

Pandora is a powerful weapon so it should be hard to obtain all the modes right?
