I had a better idea of how Jester got into this world.

What if Yukari made a deal with the Jester personality of Arkham? The deal:
Bring him back to life, but bring out the full Jester personality making it the dominate personality of Arkham as well as bringing him into the real world to help train John. After all Jester is Arkham's insane (literally) side. If Jester is able to help Yukari train John how to take control of the darkness or whatever then Jester may go on living a free life (as long as he does no harm to anyone)?

Why would Yukari agree to whatever Jester is offering? Yukari already knows how to train John. Why would she want to have another variables in making the team the BEST hhhehehehe
